      @@armymanssg508 Get the HELL out of here. God loves everyone. He has NO hate. I am a Christian girl at the age of 13, and I am GAY. I treat everyone equally. How dare you say those evil words and have hate. It is what it is: Love IS Love, and will always be Love. No matter whom you feel that emotion for. Now grab your bad attitude, church shoes, and your hate then get OUT of here. I'm more mature then most adults when it comes to certain topics.

      Haahh you are a HYPOCRITE God loves everyone but hates the sin in us that is confirmed Rom 3;23, and Rm 6;23, he made them MALE and FEMALE, MAN and WIFE, FATHER and MOTHER and only blessed and sanctioned them in heaven which is written Gen 2;18, Gen 2;22-24, 1 Cor 11:9, confirmed by Jesus in Matt 19;3-5.
      The consequences for same-gender sex and marriage are written in Lev 18;22, 20;13, Jude 7;1-10, Rom 1;24-32, 1 Cor 6:9-11 and Rev 21:8-10, you have no idea of what the 'HELL" your talking about and you are in no way one more mature than an adult you have no idea of what love is not of what did for us.

      ARMYMAN SSG Youre belives dont stand higher than any other belives. There isnt one true religion or belive, if you were raised very strictly as a buddhist you would probably say that buddhism is the only true religion. Dont think so highly of your self and dont talk about people not knowing love when youre the one spreading negativity and hate even tho christianity is about spreading love. I know youre gonna read through half of this comment and allready judge me as a lower person than you because i dont share your belives and because i have a different lifestyle than you. And people having a different lifestyle than you is so hard for you to understand, you have to use your religion as an excuse why only your way of life is the right one.

      Limbos Vi I know this. There are variations within Christianity, some of which interpret the Bible and the teachings of Christ as parables and metaphors, and others who take the book as the literal word of God...it is the latter group which frightens me. I've read too much of the Bible for comfort. That's what made me an atheist. If one were to take those words as actual commandments from a supernatural deity with the power to give eternal life (after death) or eternal life (in a glorious sky-home called heaven), then it's scary what that supernatural deity requires of his followers.

    • @limbosvi6983
      @limbosvi6983 10 лет назад +12

      Make-Make That is very true and as a Christian it gives me comfort to know there are atheist that understand this and see both sides of the coin. I do take the Bible literally, sometimes it's a verse within the Bible within the passage, sometimes it's the message as a whole I take literally within that verse in context. The tricky part (or not depending on whether you see Jesus as God or not) is that for Christians (who believe in Jesus as God) the Old Covenant (you know all the old laws found in the Old Testament aka The Law) was fulfilled by the coming of Jesus Christ hence establishing the New Covenant of Grace. You can find many examples of Jesus breaking the Law in the New Testament. So even for Christians it's ridiculous to grab verses from the Old Covenant and just try to apply them to today's world, without first passing them thru the filter of the New Covenant, even some verses in the New Testament because of their cultural and historical context when they were written. Anyways I can't speak for every Christian out there but some do chose to hate rather than love, it's unfortunate but it is the sad truth.

    This warms my heart. I was kicked out of my church 35 years ago, for being a lesbian. The rejection was devastating to me. I even tried to take my life over it, but God had other plans for me. Seeing this video brought it all back to me. When I left, Jesus was all I had left, I know in my heart that he never abandoned me. I have not attended services since then and probably never will. I follow Christ's teachings, and his words in the bible are the only words I pay any attention to. God bless this father for following his heart and not abandoning his son. It is encouraging to see some Christians being courageous enough to take steps, however small, to heal the wounds that divide us. So, I pray that all of you receive all the goodness and love that life can offer, and may God bless you, each and every day of your life.

You on the other hand choose to weaponize the Bible and cut down/condemn anyone 'unworthy' of your beliefs and knowledge. Not many people would be interested in that kind of Christianity filled with hate sponges who judge and condemn. Go back and read your responses and see who exhibits hatred and intolerance for others. God didn't give us the Bible to bully people with and beat them over the head with. Introducing people to the word and letting the HOLY SPIRIT lay convictions on one's heart is what the Bible tells us to do. You're a sad example of what being Christian is. My goal is to inform you and those like you those who agree with you that you have blasphemed the Holy Spirit of God by declaring his loving words of warning against homosexuality/LGBTQP+ is hate speech and that Mark 3;28-30 is very clear that you cannot be saved for doing that
      My goal is to give you that warning as God said to do in Eze 3;18, Eph 5:11 and I don't have to care how you feel about it you are the one defiling Christianity by declaring you can commit your disgusting, unnatural, and wicked Practice in the name of God, but you are nothing but a LYING, HYPOCRITE, SODOMITE.
      Giving someone a warning is not judging them you just hate to hear the warning, put down your foul half-truth queen James nonsense you only confirm 1 Tim 4:3, They will not tolerate sound doctrine and gather around them a multitude of teachers to tell them what they want to hear.

      Hahaha he only did it once which was all that was needed, he quoted God from Gen 2;22-24 in Matt 19:3-5, you can come up with all the lies, subversion, and propaganda you want but the fact is God condemns homosexuality/same-gender sex...You foul half-truth queens James nonsense means nothing to me, you, people, leave out every verse that condemns homosexuality/same-gender sex in your attempt to justify your lie... The love of Jesus preached separation from sin same-gender sex is clearly depicted as a sin Lev 18:22, 20;13, Rom 1;25-28, 1 Cor 11:9-11, 1 Cor 6:9-11, and Rev 21:8-10 you, people, always try to twist his words to fit you lie..
      Matt 10;34 Jesus said, Do not think I have come to bring peace, I did not come to bring peace but a sword (cutaway, separate) you need to stop leaving out the verses that condemn homosexuality, take the scales from your eyes and read every verse in the Bible, not just the ones you want to hear 2 Tim 3;4.
      I have read the entire KJV Bible and I have read the books of Adam and Eve, the books of Enoch, the Book of Jubilee, and the Apocalypse of Peter although they were not added to the canon none of them condemn homosexuality/same-gender sex, however, the book of Enoch says these books will begin to surface as a sign of the coming of the Lord.
      Your words show how flawed you are, they show your false prophet attempt to undo what God has put together MALE and FEMALE, MAN and WIFE, FATHER and MOTHER, same-gender sex was never God's intent you, people, practice the act on your own volition and demand others agree with your open defiance, you are the ones hateful of God laws against your act and declare yourselves righteous...Your foolish subversion doesn't work on me....😉😉😉😉😉😉

      Hahahh you are so lost, you'd better stop fooling yourself sin does separate from God, Isaiah 59:2 but your iniquities have separated you from God;...There many verses that say the same look them up...Jesus did speak against the sin of same-gender sex when he quoted God from Gen 2;22-24 in Matt 19:3-5 Do you not remember he who created them made them MALE and FEMALE, for this reason, a MAN shall leave his FATHER and MOTHER to be with his WIFE.
      Religion is man-made it is corrupt and imperfect because we are but the word of God is perfect it doesn't need religion it's just the simple truth which you hate because it condemns same-gender sex
      You are the bigot you hate God's law against same-gender sex and those who accept it you have no idea of what love is nor of what love did for you...😉😉😉😉

    Congratulations! So beautiful and sensitive. My parents and my hole family had also suffered when i came out 17 years ago. It was difficult for me and for them. I'm 53 now, and spent 36 years of my life, trying not to go against my catholic believes and hiding myself miserably. But trust me, Jesus himself made me see that, our suprem Father, had made me as a gay men Himself, although society in general didn't think so. Every night i usually prayed asking Jesus to make me forget my thoughts and fellings about sexual attraction for man, till i felt very clearly that he (Jesus) was telling me, there was nothing wrong about been gay. I will never be able to prove what happened, but i don't need to, because peace came to my heart with Jesus tenderness and love. That made me face all i had to face with courage, to come out, living in the northeast of Brazil, surrounded by homofobia. Jesus is so real and present in our lives. He is the good shepherd and never gives up anyone of his sheeps. He talks to us, but not with words, it's something deeper, respectful and soft, that's why most of the time, we doubt his presence.But here and there, he express himself someway that only the one who needs to hear him, can be very very sure it's him, undeniably. Peace and love, for every heart with good will 🙌

    Thankfully this was shared. The friends I had in the Charismatic Church actually just stopped associating with me. That’s on them. Of course I forgive, I, as a gay man I am so grateful to my Grandmother. She taught me Jesus love. I was secure and totally sold out as a pre-teen for Jesus. Then one passage in Leviticus was used as a tool of Spiritual oppression.. I caved to a closet until 45. 2 failed marriages was a sad remnant of bowing to mans idea and not what Jesus placed there when I was younger. I escaped addiction that I used to numb the lies and pain.

    Being a Christian I am always taken back by so called Christians coming on these sights and condemning people for being who they are. Being gay is no more of a choice then you having a choice of your skin color, the color of your eyes, being born male or female or the color of your hair. I mean the Bible was written by man as God didn't come down and sit and write it. The one I would listen to would be Jesus who was on this planet for 32 years and never said a word about being gay but as Christians you should know that He preached love and not judging others. To do otherwise is not being a true Christian in Jesus eyes.

    • @DaveS0035
      @DaveS0035 10 лет назад +8

      Theodore Hill Yes, I am a Christian but the difference between you and me is the fact I don't hate nor do I read the Bible and take ever word as the truth. I mean if you believe every word of it then maybe you should practice it as in where it say's that if your neighbor works on the Sabbath he or she should be put to death. Sad that you get hate for others while reading your Bible and shame that you don't really understand the love that the Bible preaches. Just because I don't believe as you do you have to resort in calling names. Just maybe you should sit down and read the Bible and actually understand what it says.

    • @TigerLily9967
      @TigerLily9967 10 лет назад +1

      Ignore him, he's proven to be a hateful bigot. I do most definitely agree with all of what you just said. Just because we believe in Christianity a different way, we get called out for not being a "true" Christian, whatever that is. And frankly, I would find it offensive that he's pretty much saying Gays rape children and abuse their lovers, or cheat on them (it's a fairly common stereotype). But reading his past comments, I'm not going to worry about getting offended, because that just gives him a reaction. We all know what bullies like, a reaction.

    • @DaveS0035
      @DaveS0035 10 лет назад +1

      Theodore Hill If your are a Christian (which I doubt you are especially in God's eyes) as you are judgmental and hateful which is far from being a Christian. If you are such a Bible thumper who believes everything it says then you better go back and read where it says if your neighbor works on the Sabbath (which is a Saturday which I doubt you knew) then you should put him/her to death and if your child strikes you then that child should be put to death and on and on but you ignore them. If I were you I would get to know the real Jesus and stop being a bigot as it makes you look ignorant. You will be judged some day for your hate.

      ***** Then I feel sorry for you if you take every word in the Bible as truth. I am a Christian and have a personal relationship with God but I don't need any bigoted preacher telling me what I have or not have to believe. I mean if you believe everything the Bible say's then when was the last time you went out and stoned to death someone working on the Sabbath and we can go on and on with some of the stupid things the Bible say's. Don't forget that it was transcribed by mortal man and I doubt very much if God told them what to write and how to write it. Now to take this gay thing---you tell me in the Bible where Jesus even mentioned it during His 32 years on earth or are you going to tell me what my local preacher told me before I threw his butt out the door. He said and I quote " Jesus never said anything or mentioned gays because he didn't have time" With that stupid comment he was told to take a hike. What I do find with a lot of self righteous Christians is that it is their way or your going to Hell. I don't believe that for a second. I believe God made gay people as well as straight people and to say their is a choice is pure B.S. No more of a choice then you had a choice of being white, black or brown, or had a choice of the color of your eyes or a choice of being born male or female. It is that simple and for hateful bigots not to see that then they are the one's with a problem.

    "As a Christian" we should be accepting of all people. Race, religion, nationality, language, even sexual orientation should never be a stumbling block in life. For GOD SO LOVED THE WORLD (not just the straights), THAT HE GAVE HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON. Our salvation is not determined by our being straight, but by our faith, our forgiveness of those who do unto us not as we would want. "As a Christian," we are to judge NOT least we be judged. We are to love our enemies. We are to love one another. We are to deny the hater of this world. This Dad is growing in faith. Denomination doesn't make him a good Dad, a good Deacon, a good example - acceptance does, love does, faithfulness does, forgiveness does.

    You never hear this side. It's always full acceptance or non at all. Never heard someone saying "I was wrong". It takes a great person to stand up and admit that. To show vulnerability and leave the pride beside you.

    This just gives me more confidence that our world changes for the best. I was licensed as a minister through a Southern Baptist Church decades ago. The Senior Pastor KNEW who I was, total BI. My wife NEVER held it against me. Love this feature.

    Amazing video! being 13 and gay, this touches me. It really is what it is: Love is love. God has no hate in his heart. Love is pure.

    Ive been a christian all my life, traveled the country been to countless churches. Not a single one spoke out about gays. Christianity loves everyone - we are all brothers and sisters in christ. Folks who use their religion to justify their bigotry is doing just that - being cowards. Bless this man for telling the truth and seeing how he was raised.
