I wanted to cough on your behalf when watching the acid fumes rise. :-) Given the difficulty of getting a perfect weld on 90, I'm curious if you're considering just making a bracket to join those two pieces instead. Maybe that's no big deal for the commercial fabricators, but it looks like it takes a lot more time to get the welding right. The whole assembly is looking great.

Could you tell us how much current you flowed through the brush during the chemical cleaning? And how much voltage did it go to?
Hi, I current limited my supply to 20A, the voltage fluctuated between roughly 2-12V due to the current limit.
