I'm day 356 today too! I need to get on your level with my activities. I just bought a recording interface for my laptop this weekend. Learning how to work that. Really want to start painting.
I've been sober for 3 days, and I flossed my teeth for the first time in 4 years. There was some blood, but there was also a feeling of accomplishment, believe it or not. I'm looking forward to some much bigger victories as the sober days roll on.
Mix a 1/2 cup water with 1 teaspoon baking soda and 3 tablespoons hydrogen peroxide… swish with this up to 3x per day.. trust me, your gums and teeth are going to need it. Also Dip your floss in this mixture and floss it down into your gum pockets
I was the same way. I let a lot of personal care go to the wayside. Basically, everything, to be completely honest. I was never that way and but drinking can just take over and to hell with everything else. So congrats on your journey. Day by day those changes will add up nicely. We'll done.
WOW... What resonated with me is looking at your day one video... And then this one. I'm still Day one minus one but one step closer. Thanks man.. Oh.. Where will I find new friends? I'm single, socially awkward...?
I talk about it quite a bit in my Day 217 video. I really need to do another video on it since that was over 100 days ago and I have modified a few things. Here's a link to that video: ruclips.net/video/AxD-9I4W-8Y/видео.html
I won't say I'm living every day as if it's my last....that was my attitude drinking because it easily could have been. But being sober, I'm certainly grateful for every day I have.
Thanks for sharing. I'm 70 days sober today.
Nice job! 👊

Day 42 for me, I am so very happy I am doing it. I feel 100 times better, walking 5 miles almost everyday.
I don’t know where that wisdom comes from, but that was definitely one of the best sermons I think I’ve ever heard
Day 17 for me thanks

Living a very full life now, post alcohol use.
Carpe Diem :) I have it tattooed on my wrist
Nice!
What has your diet / exercise regime looked like? That would be a useful video for sure.
