It's tough...like young women in Hollywood are used to get a milion offers & money coming in..I once read in an interview then it all could stop once the casting agent sees a sign of 'aging'
Courtney is a timeless beauty who doesn’t need fillers. Mature woman are very sexy like Anne Bancroft never did that stuff and she was hot well into her later years.
@@octavius8562 noooo nonono in S10 she was actually pregnant toward the end. They did a fairly good job of hiding her tummy, but her face was more filled in and chubby that was the pregnancy weight.
Love that she's speaking out about this. So many girls i know in their 20's / early 30's getting all types of cosmetic surgeries. This is supposed to be our prime and young girls are ruining themselves so young.
Oh my goodness this reminds me of Lindsay Lohan. She’s like in her 30s and she doesn’t look like the cute girl she was because of all the shit she’s done to her face. She’s went down a long hard road at such a young age.
Its funny. Many young women in their 20s have been tricked into getting a bunch of cosmetic procedures that significantly age them and make them look more like a 40 or 50 year old woman from Orange County.
She has been hammering at this same topic in numerous interviews for the last few years. How is this suddenly “news”?

She was at least 30 years younger when she did Friends, so everyone is going to look older after 30 years. Men seem to think they don’t age which is humorous to me. I’ve seen many make comments that men age better. I sure don’t see that at all. In today’s times I know women are outdoing men in this department.

I’m glad she is sharing. Most of us friends fans are growing older with her. We want to see her in shows that are age now not when she was 20 something. I think she looks absolutely beautiful.

I hope all women follow her lead. Beautiful women like Priscilla Presley, Goldie Hawn, Meg Ryan, and Melanie Griffith. All these women were so beautiful in different ways and once they began to fiddle with lip fillers and cheek fillers, etc. they turned into caricatures. When some women smile, the top half of their face doesn't jive with the lower half. I am glad women are rethinking this path. 👵🤞

To be fair to Melanie Griffith, at least some of that is the result of very old plastic surgery she had done when she was younger after one of her parent's "pet" tigers ripped half her face off.

One of my Mom’s greatest gifts to my was how natural her beauty was. She embraced aging with grace. I am 61 years old and plan to do the same. The most beautiful thing on a persons face is their smile. (And for those of you with Moebius Syndrome - I see your smile in your eyes ♥️)
the problem here is that cosmetic procedures done in Korea look far more organic that those done on white women . when i was in Korea women would do minor tweaks overtime but in the west white women go for the complete overhaul. like a turkey neck yet the face is as smooth as that of a newborn . it makes no sense.

I look a lot younger but my once fab hair has got very thin through non stop stress for years. It's not as unfortunate as a lot I see though. God is good.

It’s only natural to want to look your best. A solid skincare routine will really help. I’m sure she’s still doing a bit of Botox, maybe, but I’m glad to see her dissolve the fillers. It made her look strange indeed and she’s a beautiful woman without all of that!

I guess everyone just has to get their 2 cents in (I know, including myself). It’s just sad that even when she admits that she made a mistake and tried to reverse the procedures she had, we immediately have to get on here talking sh*t about how she should have just “aged gracefully” and how weird “she still looks”.. I guess some people just have to talk in a negative way about others to lift themselves up (in their own twisted world).
She’s human. And 99.999 of you have NO idea what it’s like to literally grow up in the spotlight, where the whole world is watching you. She did this for herself and then took steps after she changed her mind about it. Can some of you give her credit for THAT instead of being hateful?? I'm so glad she realized that why other people don't, I saw scream and I couldn't believe how weird her face looked she's beautiful and didn't need anything we have to love ourselves and age gracefully we can't give into unrealistic standards. I think the one's that go crazy and look scary have a distorted perception of what we see and they think it looks good so they continue and continue having procedures so sad.

Courteney deserved supporting actress Oscar noms for at least a few of the Scream films, but obviously horror is a rarely respected genre. I said what I said. Gale’s character development is so underrated too, from sensationalist for ratings and book sales at the start of the series to “those fuckers can die in anonymity” about the killers in Scream 5. She’s such an iconic character, and it’s mostly because of Courteney’s performance.
Another thing too is that celebs get procedures to enhance their beauty for the camera. Camera look vs. your in-person look are completely different. It's easy to go overboard for the camera while ignoring how you look in person; just as long as you look flawless for your next big movie.

I don't think any of us normal folk have any idea the amount of pressure from the movie industry places on women to not age. An impossible expectation!
Also there is no honesty in these cosmetic procedures, these procedures are all about superficiality and quick money. In order for one to improve themselves it takes a lifetime, a quick fix is like fast food it might work quickly and it might satiate your appetite immediately, but the long-term effects are extremely damaging.
the rule numero uno should be a minor tweak, one at a time . if you've got to fix things gradually. its like home improvement. Angela basett, halle berry , Loretta Devine all close and very much over the 60 . Those ladies are minimalists . they didn't go for a complete facade changes.

It’s important that Courtney is speaking out about this. I want to know if the young 20 and 30 somethings realize they’re aging themselves by loading up on filler and Botox. They actually lose the unique features that made them beautiful, and they all start looking like carbon copy middle aged Hollywood women. Literally I see 25 yr olds that could be 50 for all I know because they’ve had so much work done. What have we become as a society when young women feel the need to do this to themselves? There’s nothing empowering or beautiful about it in my opinion.

Her cosmetic procedures made her look so much older. She was so beautiful already. I noticed she started doing this in 2004. She just began to look weird just a tiny bit by the end of Friends. I couldn't believe she is only 58 now. Her cosmetic procedures made her look like she was turning 70. My mother looks younger than her and she is 71.
I never understood why beautiful women would want to change their face....she was already gorgeous.

I have a lot of opinions about plastic surgery and women aging. I am super happy to hear that Courteney Cox is not delusional about what she was doing. It's completely natural that she fell into that loop. But the fact that she open about it, means the world! It's great to know that she's willing to be transparent. It's rare to see women in the industry speak out about the truth behind cosmetic surgery. Cosmetic surgery can never imitate authenticity.
I'm 27 and never doing botox but I get why people end up doing it. Many people my age have already started.

Aging is tough for women and if you were a young beauty it can be even more devastating, whether you are a celebrity or any woman. Most of us have been brought up to believe that one we reach a certain age we are not “viable”. You have to be very strong inside to ignore this and love yourself unconditionally at any age. If you can do this, you will be seen as attractive your whole life because self-love and kindness are the greatest beauty tools a woman - or anyone - can possess. Nurture your inner and outer life with prayer, meditation and gratitude for all the gifts you’ve been given, large and small. When you are at peace with yourself you will look lovely.
