Raag jogiya was a favorite of panditjis and I was fortunate to hear him live in Varanasi in the late 60s. That time Panditji concerts started very late at night and used to end at dawn. This concert ended with jogiya around dawn and i was with a few western folk who were listening to Hindustani for the first time and i remember one of them saying that you can see the sun rise!
