A Great Master. His voice has that charisma which makes one return to drink that wine again and again. The Master grasps the Raga from the word 'go' and never lets go. All of us remain under the spell of the Raga and the Master until the singing ends. I am never satiated with any one Raga no matter how many times I listen to the same Raga. Each new hearing presents a facet that makes me feel that I am glad I heard this particular rendition. What is the secret? Only a Master knows and he will not be able to teach others or explain the Password. It comes from somewhere and it goes away with the Prana after staying with the Master for the allotted span. The secret of a Raga cannot be reduced to written notes.

এমন মাধুর্যময় "দুর্গা" তো আগে শুনিনি কখনো। "দেবী"কে আরাধনা করছেন পরম ভক্তিতে আন্তরিক সোহাগে আদরে অতি শিল্পী অতুলনীয় আরতি করছেন। জীবন সার্থক এমন বাজনা শুনে। সামনে বসে তাঁর বাজনা শোনার সৌভাগ্য বার কয়েক হয়েছে এ অধমের।
