Yes. But you are not completely wrong in thinking Todi, because these two ragas are moorchanas (shifted Sa) of each other. Taking shudhh Ma of Lalit as Sa, it becomes Todi.

The last 1 minute or so he goes into Raga Lalit and comes back to Bhairavi. My God! Unbelievable control!
