i will not lie, about 3 months ago i accepted Jesus Christ in my life and heart. i was at a FCA meeting, (fellowship christian athlete) and this guy started preaching and everything started coming to light to me and God told me come to the alter that i need to make you my son. So i got up and went to it, God spoke to me. My wife was recently diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer that moved into her brain and other organs. We were searching for a way to come closer with GOD and then she stumbled upon this song. I've been a christian for eleven years now (started out when I was like 10) and at first I was really excited about everything and wanted to know everything about God. But when I was like fifteen or so, all that started to fade away. It wasn't until I listened to this song that I realized how wrong I was, and how much I actually needed God. I was in my car driving to school, my music was on shuffle, then this popped up and in the part "Spirit lead where my trust it's without borders, let me walk upon the waters wherever you will call me..." I just bursted into tears. God pulled me back in. He had mercy. I made so many mistakes, things I regret, but HE didn't turned his back when everyone else did. I am incredibly thankful with God, for taking one praise song to make me change my way back to where it belongs. This song is actually what I experienced in an open dream and vision encounter with the Lord approximately 2 years ago. It was me alone in the presence of the Lord, on a small island in surrounded by an ocean of beautifully blue turquoise water. I was clothless and unashamed. The Spirit of the Lord lifted me up very gently and very high from the island and very gently lowered me into the water. The water was warm and soothing. It was as if a natural father would handle his newborn baby, how He handled me. There was total trust and no consciousness of fear and anxiety. Purely faith and total trust. He then raised me back up swiftly from the water back into the sky. This second time my mind was able to comprehend. I thought Lord am I coming to be with you in heaven. I thought immediately, Lord, I am not ready, I haven't finished what you called me to do. There is so much I have not done. Lord I'm not ready. He then rushed me swiftly back into the warm blue water with a great splash. I woke up staring at my bedroom wall. It was immediately revealed to me as I awoke from this open vision and dream. This was my baptism in the Spirit experience all over again. I had been saved, born again and spirit filled for about 8 years, serving in the ministry and Pastoring a His church at the time of this encounter. Glory to God. I love Hilsong.

About a year ago (August 2013), God brought me to the knowledge of the truth. It was the most powerful experience that I have ever encountered as a human being.Though since childhood I had always believed in God and accepted the Bible as being true, I don't think that I fully understood what salvation really was. I knew what the commandments were, what sin was, but not with the eyes of the Holy Spirit. I had been raised a Catholic and had eventually fallen far from God into a life of much darkness. In the midst of all that spiritual blindness, of all that disobedience my creator reached down into the depths of where I was and for the first time led me to understand how he viewed my sin and what my fate was if I didn't turn in repentance to Jesus. I can remember being on my knees, crying out in total anguish, totally helpless except for the mercy that God chose to show me at that moment. I was a wicked hell deserving sinner and when I was his enemy he loved me in a way that I cannot even begin to comprehend. He could have let me go onto destruction and I would have never known until it was too late. For those who doubt God's love and mercy, I am a living example. I view what he did for me as a miracle and I hope that people turn to Jesus while there is time. God is so merciful, but he is also a Holy and Just Judge.

I had the typical Christian story: I grew up in the Christian church and knew all the worship songs and bible stories. However, recently I`ve made some bad decisions and was going down the wrong path. I`m still in high school so I can say alot of my decisions were influenced by people I surronded myself by. I learned it`s all about how we act when we`re not in church. When we leave the church doors on sunday we become a representation of God. My trust and faith in him was hanging on by a thread. However, the more I decided to spend quality time with God without any distractions I learned to TRUST GOD PERIOD. not only trusting God when things go my way but trusting him regardless of what goes on in my life. I learned to give all my problems and heartaches to God and to be a better example of what it means to be a Christian outside of the church doors. Christianity isnt just a religion, it`s a relationship with God. "Wherever your treasure is, your heart it also". My treasure can soley be found in God.

my story is this I wasn't an absolute believer even with miracles that have happened but now I am and I follow light. my son was saved. he was riding a bike and got hit by a vehicle. he told me that he saw a man stand before him in a white robe and that this man held him upon impact to keep him safe. he said messages would b sent to me. I ran to my son and was told he was ok that he's safe no one heard what was said but me. he said the man stood beside of me as well which is why I felt comfort and knew he would b ok. he had nothing but scratches and left the hospital with scratches. my bf at the time and now my husband to b is a man of light and speaks to spread the word of God. he plants seeds and watches them grow within. if it wasn't for my son, for my husband I would b left in darkness. god has blessed us in so many ways. my husband himself never gave up on me because he loved me so much that he said he wanted me to walk the light with him hand in hand. my son has also helped thru it because of what he saw. god is real. our God is real and he loves everyone of us. this song was a song sent to me by my husband to b and I sang it. i felt the power and the urge to keep singing it that it brought tears to my eyes. I'm Christian and I believe in God, but I feel as if my belief in him isn't as strong as I want it to be.. I really want to serve and love God with all my heart, but something which I think it seems to be a twinge of doubt is holding me back from doing so. My dearest grandfather has cancer currently, but he used to be in a serious state a year ago to the point that the doctor said that he wouldn't last 2 months. I was devastated and I cried out to God and prayed with all my heart for the first time to spare my grandfather until my heart was ready to let him go. After 2 months, the doctor said my grandfather has healing and the tumor had shrunk smaller than before due to few chemos and I believed that it was God who had answered my prayer. Even after that miracle, I still had unknown doubts inside me and I really wish to worship and love God, but.. I don't know what to do..
Like you said you want to love God, the thing is he loves you more then you already know as we are all his children, he's just waiting on you to let him in the deepest parts of your heart and for you to let him be your everything, there might be challenges on the road to Zion but you just have to keep your faith strong and your head held up high, and God will work wonders and open doors you never knew that existed

I was saved a couple months ago and since then I have been trying to find good music. Well by recommendation I found hillsong and then this song. It has helped me reach out to God for more and more. After telling at least 20 people about this (who all love it btw) it is still my favorite song. It still gives me chills! Also it may have caused a few of my friends and family to be saved. I deal with anxiety as well (fear of the unknown is a big one), but I noticed that when I worship, and call out to Yah, all my anxieties and worries go away. Oddly enough I found that the more you consume yourself with the world, and put Yah in the corner, our anxieties, worries, guilt, sin etc becomes more apparent in our lives. Wake up every morning and put worship music on. Do it again in the afternoon, and also before bed. If you do this daily, and get in the routine, you won't have anxiety anymore, as your heart will sing praises to Yah continually.

I literally can’t stop crying when I hear this song I feel so uplifted and light like I can do anything I can feel God’s embrace as I listen to this song it makes me feel so safe and comfortable I will never stop chasing for God I love him with everything I have I will never lose faith for you have brought me to where I am today I’m finally happy.
I first heard this song on the radio while at work. Tears began to stream my face in worship. I came home and found the version on the Zion album on you tube. Tears of worship again streamed down my face. I listened to it again this morning on the Zion album and it had the same effect on me. I found this acoustic version and just got done listening to it and again, tears of worship flowed down my face. I can only speak for myself. I, too, am a musician and write songs of worship. Who can say such things as this is the best or that is the best. It's all raindrops of grace flowing from above. Different Pagans believe different things as it's an umbrella term. I personally believe in the duality of deity as male and female. I perform rituals, or prayers, to align myself to the natural cycles of the Earth and its seasons, and view the natural world as sacred. Im going through minor stress, but for someone with anxiety, the waves are high. was curled up on my couch with the blankets over my head having an anxious fit, trying to calm down. Out of nowhere I started quietly singing the beginning of this song. After the first verse my heart rate was maybe even slower than normal. I was not expecting that...for it to physically help me. I haven't listened to this song in a couple years. I can say though without a doubt that this song was especially chosen by god to reach many peoples drowning hearts. I've never felt such presence. It's as if it forces the tears out too lol a nice and needed cleanse.
God set me free from Liquor, Cigarette, weeds and addiction to porn so Glory to God. By the help of the Holy Spirit who lead me to God and to know him more and deeper by spending time and quiet time with him.
I spent a majority of my youth pretending to be someone I wasn’t. I wanted so desperately to be cool, to be noticed, to be liked..I didn’t like who was staring back at me in the MIRROR. I LIED to sound interesting, I LIED to appear funny, I LIED to get anyone to notice me. I wanted GIRLS to notice me...I was constantly chasing that relationship with ANYONE.. Since 2nd grade, constantly seeking the opposite sex. In 6th grade, I began to think about sex..alot I began to “self satisfy” any chance I got. Looking back at the habits I developed in that mindset...it makes me hang my head in shame. My Grandparents divorced, my parents divorced..it only made sense I was seeking that “intimacy”...any intimacy would do the job.. Habits I developed in my youth, overflowed and poured over into my Adulthood..almost cost me my marriage, my relationship with my children..it almost cost me my LIFE.. 🩸🩸🩸🕊🕊🕊 I don’t write this, in search of pity.. I don’t share this, to tell you a story.. i will not lie, about 3 months ago i accepted Jesus Christ in my life and heart. i was at a FCA meeting, (fellowship christian athlete) and this guy started preaching and everything started coming to light to me and God told me come to the alter that i need to make you my son. So i got up and went to it, God spoke to me. Can't help but cry when i listen to this. A lot of us tend to forget, get lost in the things we do at work or school. We get carried away by our friends, influenced by social media... I've been a christian for eleven years now (started out when I was like 10) and at first I was really excited about everything and wanted to know everything about God. But when I was like fifteen or so, all that started to fade away. It wasn't until I listened to this song that I realized how wrong I was, and how much I actually needed God.
I was in my car driving to school, my music was on shuffle, then this popped up and in the part "Spirit lead where my trust it's without borders, let me walk upon the waters wherever you will call me..." I just bursted into tears. God pulled me back in. He had mercy. I made so many mistakes, things I regret, but HE didn't turned his back when everyone else did. I am incredibly thankful with God, for taking one praise song to make me change my way back to where it belongs.

This song is actually what I experienced in an open dream and vision encounter with the Lord approximately 2 years ago. It was me alone in the presence of the Lord, on a small island in surrounded by an ocean of beautifully blue turquoise water. I was clothless and unashamed. The Spirit of the Lord lifted me up very gently and very high from the island and very gently lowered me into the water. The water was warm and soothing. It was as if a natural father would handle his newborn baby, how He handled me. There was total trust and no consciousness of fear and anxiety. Purely faith and total trust. He then raised me back up swiftly from the water back into the sky. This second time my mind was able to comprehend. I thought Lord am I coming to be with you in heaven. I thought immediately, Lord, I am not ready, I haven't finished what you called me to do. There is so much I have not done. Lord I'm not ready. He then rushed me swiftly back into the warm blue water with a great splash. I woke up staring at my bedroom wall. It was immediately revealed to me as I awoke from this open vision and dream. This was my baptism in the Spirit experience all over again. I had been saved, born again and spirit filled for about 8 years, serving in the ministry and Pastoring a His church at the time of this encounter. Glory to God. I love Hilsong.

I'll never forget the day I got saved.
About a year ago (August 2013), God brought me to the knowledge of the truth. It was the most powerful experience that I have ever encountered as a human being.Though since childhood I had always believed in God and accepted the Bible as being true, I don't think that I fully understood what salvation really was. I knew what the commandments were, what sin was, but not with the eyes of the Holy Spirit. I had been raised a Catholic and had eventually fallen far from God into a life of much darkness. In the midst of all that spiritual blindness, of all that disobedience my creator reached down into the depths of where I was and for the first time led me to understand how he viewed my sin and what my fate was if I didn't turn in repentance to Jesus. I can remember being on my knees, crying out in total anguish, totally helpless except for the mercy that God chose to show me at that moment. I was a wicked hell deserving sinner and when I was his enemy he loved me in a way that I cannot even begin to comprehend. He could have let me go onto destruction and I would have never known until it was too late. For those who doubt God's love and mercy, I am a living example. I view what he did for me as a miracle and I hope that people turn to Jesus while there is time. God is so merciful, but he is also a Holy and Just Judge.

I have been through some very dark times myself and the shock of huge changes can lead to very intense emotions and racing thoughts because things seem beyond our control. Sometimes people can make impulsive decisions that they later regret. This unfortunately can include attempting suicide. It is an irreversible decision that cannot be undone. Whatever darkness or pain is in your life, cry out at this very moment to God to help you. He knows exactly what you are going through and understands better than anyone. Please don't make a rash decision and just try getting through today friend. The Bible says that nothing is impossible with the Lord.
I had the typical Christian story: I grew up in the Christian church and knew all the worship songs and bible stories. However, recently I`ve made some bad decisions and was going down the wrong path. I`m still in high school so I can say alot of my decisions were influenced by people I surronded myself by. I learned it`s all about how we act when we`re not in church. When we leave the church doors on sunday we become a representation of God. My trust and faith in him was hanging on by a thread. However, the more I decided to spend quality time with God without any distractions I learned to TRUST GOD PERIOD. not only trusting God when things go my way but trusting him regardless of what goes on in my life. I learned to give all my problems and heartaches to God and to be a better example of what it means to be a Christian outside of the church doors. Christianity isnt just a religion, it`s a relationship with God. "Wherever your treasure is, your heart it also". My treasure can soley be found in God.

I ran to my son and was told he was ok that he's safe no one heard what was said but me. he said the man stood beside of me as well which is why I felt comfort and knew he would b ok. he had nothing but scratches and left the hospital with scratches. my bf at the time and now my husband to b is a man of light and speaks to spread the word of God. he plants seeds and watches them grow within. if it wasn't for my son, for my husband I would b left in darkness. god has blessed us in so many ways. my husband himself never gave up on me because he loved me so much that he said he wanted me to walk the light with him hand in hand. my son has also helped thru it because of what he saw. god is real. our God is real and he loves everyone of us. this song was a song sent to me by my husband to b and I sang it. i felt the power and the urge to keep singing it that it brought tears to my eyes. I sent what I sang to my husband thru audio and he was deeply touched that he had tears because he knew I saw the light and felt it. he said he could hear it come from me. god bless u all. ~Peace•Love•Light~

I'm Christian and I believe in God, but I feel as if my belief in him isn't as strong as I want it to be.. I really want to serve and love God with all my heart, but something which I think it seems to be a twinge of doubt is holding me back from doing so.
My dearest grandfather has cancer currently, but he used to be in a serious state a year ago to the point that the doctor said that he wouldn't last 2 months. I was devastated and I cried out to God and prayed with all my heart for the first time to spare my grandfather until my heart was ready to let him go. After 2 months, the doctor said my grandfather has healing and the tumor had shrunk smaller than before due to few chemos and I believed that it was God who had answered my prayer. Even after that miracle, I still had unknown doubts inside me and I really wish to worship and love God, but.. I don't know what to do..
Like you said you want to love God, the thing is he loves you more then you already know as we are all his children, he's just waiting on you to let him in the deepest parts of your heart and for you to let him be your everything, there might be challenges on the road to Zion but you just have to keep your faith strong and your head held up high, and God will work wonders and open doors you never knew that existed

I was saved a couple months ago and since then I have been trying to find good music. Well by recommendation I found hillsong and then this song. It has helped me reach out to God for more and more. After telling at least 20 people about this (who all love it btw) it is still my favorite song. It still gives me chills! Also it may have caused a few of my friends and family to be saved. I deal with anxiety as well (fear of the unknown is a big one), but I noticed that when I worship, and call out to Yah, all my anxieties and worries go away. Oddly enough I found that the more you consume yourself with the world, and put Yah in the corner, our anxieties, worries, guilt, sin etc becomes more apparent in our lives.
Wake up every morning and put worship music on. Do it again in the afternoon, and also before bed. If you do this daily, and get in the routine, you won't have anxiety anymore, as your heart will sing praises to Yah continually.

Tears of worship again streamed down my face. I listened to it again this morning on the Zion album and it had the same effect on me. Im going through minor stress, but for someone with anxiety, the waves are high. was curled up on my couch with the blankets over my head having an anxious fit, trying to calm down. Out of nowhere I started quietly singing the beginning of this song. After the first verse my heart rate was maybe even slower than normal. I was not expecting that...for it to physically help me. I haven't listened to this song in a couple years. I can say though without a doubt that this song was especially chosen by god to reach many peoples drowning hearts. I've never felt such presence. It's as if it forces the tears out too lol a nice and needed cleanse.
