Although retirement is not near it is an ideal time to get into the market before prices increase too much. You can purchase something that cash flows with rental revenue and also appreciates. Ziba suites is a nice property close to the beach that does not break the bank account. Or jsit come for an amazing holiday. That works well too. Have you found our websites?
Interesting.... I've been looking for an investment opportunity and I love Oaxaca. I have not been to the coast yet, but looks like it's time to book a trip. I got back from Cabo and liked the opportunities there, but I cannot deny my love for Oaxaca! I'd like to learn more.

No issues, there is a masterplan and quality infrastructure!

This is real mexico! Cabo is nothing but southern Cali! Huatulco uses the Paso its 2/3 less expensive then Cabo. I went to Cabo once that was enough!!

Long term rentals are extremely hard to fine. It makes more sense to invest, own and profit. You can try rentals here.

@@markward8975 healthcare is amazing here IMO. Clean, fast and inexpensive. Anything that cannot be done in Huatulco can be done in Mexico City
