Human Design Channel 28-38 (The Channel of Struggle)

The human design channels provide super useful information about who you are, where your energy flows, and what themes are likely to play a role in your life.
The Human Design Channel 28-38 channel of struggle connects the root energy centre with the spleen energy centre, creating an adrenalised pressure to MOVE (root centre) and an intuitive sense of when is the right timing to MOVE.
When being used less than healthy, this channel feels like life has to be a constant struggle. Every movement gets you hit up against a new barrier and you feel no choice but to back down and struggle again later.
When channelled into something you feel powerfully activated about, this channel can move mountains and shift long held beliefs, change policies, etc.

Thank you for this video. My partner has this channel defined, and yeah... he often talks about having to dig himself out of a hole and life being a constant uphill battle. It makes a lot of sense. I’m a projector and he is a generator. This information is so useful! I hate to see him battling all the time. I’ll do what I can to alleviate this energy. Thanks again

Like playing poker? Every hand is a struggle (lol) but you have to be aware of all of your surroundings, your intuition, etc.
