Yep some of the prices are very high for carriers and racks and not something I wanted to spend that amount on. Thanks I’ve got the same wheels on my pickup truck think they look the part.
@@exploresandtosummit I’ve used it before on the bed of my pickup and side steps it’s tough stuff. Much more hard wearing than normal paint and more difficult to scratch or chip. It can be a pain to use though 😂.
I was the same, can’t justify the cost on some of the racks when there other things to spend the money on, the wheels and tyres look good.

Yea but how does it attach to the hinge ?
It utilises two of the original hinge bolts.
Get a locating pin off eBay screws into the top hole lift wheel onto pin and bolt up remove pin job done
Sounds just the job 👍🏻 do you have a link to one on eBay ?
Seems to me the original version is stronger and no need to bolt together as it’s welded as a complete unit.
This is certainly up to the job with plenty of strength to carry a wheel and tyre.
