    Digestive Problems (Gas, Bloating, Stomach Upset Etc.)
    This is another common problem that many people face with millet consumption. Millets are high in fiber and may cause digestive issues in susceptible individuals. If you have a sensitive gut, you might experience discomfort and other gastric symptoms such as gas and bloating after consuming millets.
    To overcome this problem, it is recommended to drink plenty of water. Water helps in better digestion of millets. You can also try soaking, sprouting, or fermenting millets to make millets more digestible and avoid common digestive issues.

      मेलेट,कोदो मिलेटलको खास करके,, येसा है तो ज्यादा सेवन कर्नेका जरूरत नही है। प्रकृति हि येसा है कि कोदो मिलेट स्वादमे ज्यादा पसन्दिदा नहीं है; इसलिए आदमी इसका खेति ज्यादा नही करते और छोडदिए। तब तो ज्यादा खाना नही कम , ५० ग्राम बस हो जाएगा। फिर जैसे इसमें बताए है बैसे ही , आंटेको दो से तिन घन्टा पानिमे भिंगो ले तब बनाके खाए। फिर बनाके इसको फरमेन्टकेलिए तापक्रम के मुताबिक ६ से ८, और १० घंन्टातक रखे ।ठन्डमे १०घंन्टा, फिर ठन्डा और गर्मी समयकाे मुताबिक ८ से १० घंन्टेतक फरमेट कर्के इसका पकायाहुवा सुप खाइए। बिना नुन मसाले मात्र पानिमे पकाइए,, और ये फलामके बर्तन और मिट्टिके बर्तन नही तो स्टिलका थोडा मोटाबर्तनमे पकाके राखें।आलमुनियमका बर्तन मे न पकाए और न राखें। खानेका बक्त पसन्दिदा चिजें और फाएदेमन्द चिज मिलाके का सक्ते हैं।मगर ये पकाते समय फलाके बर्तन मे बुद्ध पानिमे पकाए नही तो मिट्टी के बर्तन में।। और ८ से १० घन्टा तक सुतिका पतला कपडा से ढक के राखे।तेज घुप हो तो ६ ही घंन्ट ,येसा कर्के पानि खाने बाला ग्लास से एक ग्लास तक खाएं। ये कोही हानि नही होगी पुरा दबाइका काम करेगि ।ज्यादा खानेका जरूरी नही फिर मन भि ज्यादा खानेको नही कर्ता ये अन्न हि वैसी है।मगर ठन्डकि जगह पर ये आंटाको ३ - से-५ घंन्टा तक भिंगोके रोटि , खासकर सुख्खा (न तलाहुवा) बनाने खा सक्ते है।ये हमलोग पाहाडमे ४०० से ५०० ग्राम तकका रोटि ठन्डी मौसम मे उच्च पाहाडि जगोंपे खाते थे।उस समय ये आंटाका भिगोके राख्नेमा प्रचलन नही था। फिर गर्मीले ये ज्यादा खानेको मन ही नहीकर्ता ।ये कोदो मिलेट इसी गुण और प्रकृतिक तथा स्वोभाबका अन्न है ; धन्यवाद

    Siridhanyas, good with high fibre, but having goitrogens, may interfere in the absorption of iodine, causing weakness in some people, leading to exhaustion, giddiness & thyroid complications. Proper guidance is required.

    Dr. Ji I am living in Canada . Here fruits tree of different varieties like apples,pears.cherry and grapes can I drink Kahra (soup) of leaves these trees. Today I pick leaves of some vegetable just like spinach Karela (bitter melon) bathu( lamb shoulder) coriander and purslane for kahra that is good or not. Please tell me

      Am eating nothing happend. Infact health is becoming better.Lot of good changes in the body . Especially Ambali works wonders. These are not new .These are ancient grains.
