Wow! That's a lot of work to replace the front output seal on a transfer case. I guess that's the way it was designed. It sucks. I will replace the seal in my ATV soon. I'm not looking forward to it. Thank you for posting.

Yeah, man, it's a lot of work. Looked up many ways and they are all hard. But it is worth it not to be dripping oil all the time

Thank you for posting, how did you take off the nut that holds the yoke to the transfer case for the front drive shaft without taking apart the U joint?
