Wow- I started to tear up when you said you were enjoying teaching the courses. It’s inspiring watching you meet your anxiety head on and succeeding. I’m so proud of you ❤
It’s been a week plus a day since my workshop and I’m still having lasting enjoyment and positive vibes. I found myself several times during the workshop in a state of amazement. I am aware of your anxiety, fear of public speaking, and empathize with your extreme perfectionism. I was thinking of all those things but amazed at how comfortable and natural you were. If you were feeling uncomforable at all, we couldn’t tell. You cracked funny jokes and you made time for every single one of us. I have been watching social coverage and have watched several videos of attendees who have social anxiety. There were many of us that were nervous to just follow through with attending. Once there, I think we all felt “safe” because of you. Addresses and IG handles were exchanged. While we waited to make buttons or take photos, everyone was talking about the impact you and TCMC have had on us. I appreciate you are your harshest critic, but wow, you are loved! 14:08

I was contemplating so hard but ultimately decided to not let it get in the way of something potentially wonderful. I ended up having a blast at my first ever workshop and had the pleasure of meeting you and so many likeminded stationery/journaling addicts. You inspired me to get into Hobonichi and daily journaling for 2024, through your products and workshop I can really feel your love and passion for it. Don’t be too hard on yourself and take time to rest Helen. Would love for this to be an annual event!!!!

I lived in Toronto up until 2019. I lived in an area that had a whole foods, I used to love going to their hot/cold bar when I didn't feel like, or had time to cook. So many great items to choose from and much healthier than takeout! If I was still there I would have totally taken this workshop.
