Create the shortcut first on your iphone (give it time to sync) and after that the shortcut option will appear in action button menu on your apple watch.
You have to create the shortcuts on your iPhone first and then edit the shortcut, click the “i” button on bottom right and then click “add to Apple Watch”. You’ll then see them
You know what I like about your videos? You explain and show all the steps right on your iPhone or Apple Watch (or other devices). I find that tremendously helpful since I'm a visual learner. Shortcuts app on phone->simple shortcuts at top-> hit the plus sign on whatever app you want and it’ll turn to a check mark-> oh action tab there will be a shortcut option now.

You might not have any shortcuts on your iPhone for your watch. Go into the Apple Watch shortcuts section on your phone and add a shortcut… then check back on your watch 😉

I got no action button option. And it kept prompting iCloud deleted shortcut message in shortcut apps . It refused to continue
