Cheese and butter is fine. Just don't mix it with too much bread, sugar, carbs etc. It's why I lost 80 pounds on Keto. You can use low carb tortillas for this and keep your blood sugar low. The Food pyramid killed more people than anything via heart disease, diabetes, obesity etc.
