- A week in my life ft. organizing, room decor, a little bit of work, and a mini room tour! Whenever I move into a new space, I like to live in it for a few weeks/months so that I can distinguish what I want vs what I need. Aaaand, the time has finally come!

I got it a while ago and haven't gotten around to it, I read a really great article on it from brainpickings ages ago (www.brainpickings.org/2011/10/26/thinking-fast-and-slow-daniel-kahneman/). from what I remember my friend said it was a bit hard to get through?? because it's quite technical but don't quote me on it. 😅 and thank you so much! it's been good times. finally getting back in the groove and feeling life after what seems like 5ever heh

The air will oxidise the jewellery if you hang it up. It should be stored in boxed or organisers for jewellery.

Honestly, I love how realistic you are. I always watch your videos and most of the time they are about cleaning/decluttering mind and space. Just goes to show that not everything can stay perfect all the time!!!

Your apartment is my dream apartment ❤️ I like the little place my husband and I have right now and has darker tones (dark wood flooring) with light blue walls for a cool atmosphere, but I’d love to live in an all white modern place with some warm lighting!!!
By the way, I have just begun watching your videos and love your advice and knowledge on self care. My husband and I are both military, and I feel like there’s no limit to who your advice applies to. Usually, people who work for long hours of the day give the excuse “I don’t have time for ABC.” My husband and I are both active duty and we travel a lot. Deal with people. Deal with etiquettes on how to properly talk to higher command. But I still love watching your videos and practice what you talk about because it resonates with me.
I found that the self care you talk about can apply to anyone of any lifestyle, any walk of life, any background, anywhere.

hi friend 💕 sorry you felt this way, demotivated was the last feeling I hope to exude with my videos 🙈 I wanted to show that instead of shooting for the stars and getting overwhelmed by the sheer amount of work needed to accomplish any given tasks, be it work or tidying, if you break down your tasks and split it up day to day, you'll eventually arrive at the same results 😊

Rowena, I’m so curious, how come you meditate and read at your office before work rather than do that at home? I guess somehow your office vibe is better for those things? For me, I do my practices at home, I just feel those two spaces have such different energies so that’s why I’m so curious that you are happy doing them at your office. . . Maybe the difference is you’re the boss at your office. . ? Much love to you 💕
mostly because it helps keep me accountable :) it's not mandatory so whoever shows up shows up but between promising friends/coworkers, it encourages me to show up in the mornings. also to meditate for a solid hour haha at home I usually stop after 30min

ahh Devayani! I am not consistent at all 😅 it took me 2 years to get back to waking up early again but better late than never :) I've learned to trust myself and trust the process. sometimes things take time and that's ok. what's most important is that we are consciously and intentionally trying day by day
