I have to thank you for such detailed instruction on how to stitch the pieces together. I love making the dolls but sewing them together is not my favourite part. Your instructions have helped me HEAPS. thanks again.
Thank you so much for this fantastic tutorial. It is was real easy to follow. I am 74 and this is the first time I have treid and I could follow it clearly. Thanksa lot.❤😊
I wanted to find a crochet cat pattern that had a good, firm neck on him to make little cat dolls for my friend and myself. I'm so happy to have found this cutie! This pattern looks like it'll be great for us to make clothing for them and have creepy tea parties. Thank you for that!
So, while I was getting ready to start this, something occured to me. Say I want to make the head closer to the diameter of the bottom of the body, to give my cats a less bobbleheaded look, to help with their stability to sit on a table and because I like that look. What row would I stop increasing at?? And would that lack of rows cause problems for me in his vertical proportions, like head seeming mishapen?
Thank you! I’ve been crocheting for quite awhile but have only done a few amigurumi. You were recommended to me to watch, so I’m going to try and do this crochet a long. I just need to get a few supplies! Thank you for your great tutorials!
Good evening, just made my first grumpy cat and I smiled the whole time.😊 Curious to know, would I be able to sell one of these as long as I acknowledge you are the creator of this toy? Thank you for sharing this tutorial, I currently have mine wrapped around my lamp.😊
I've made a few of these, to give to other people for their children☺. They love them. 😍 (After the 3rd one, I decided to edit the pattern, to continue crocheting directly from the head to the body. I hate sewing! 😁)
Thank you so much for this pattern! I absolutely love it! And your video is great. I am relatively new to crocheting, but you explained everything perfectly and made it super easy for me to follow. Awesome work!!
Thank you so much for the reply....I think I can do from the pattern....thanks again for sharing....if I run into problems...which I always do....I will look out for the video...cute cat....little children when I get back to work will just love.
Which one is more nice result, we use sc yarn over or sc yarn under to make amigurumi? I'm newbie about make amigurumi and wanna try this one patern. And i tried use sc yarn under..but it so difficult to pull the yarn.
Hi! I am a beginer and try things out to be prepared to make this cat my first project, so it can be a plush for my cat (for me if she doesnt like it aha) but i wonder, what does the increase is meant for ? What is the aim of those patterns differents in each row ? For it to curve as a ball ? Thank you for the video !
Hi! We use increases and decreases to shape the work. By adding stitches (i. e. increasing) we get a bigger circle with each round. If we crochet one stitch in each stitch of the previous round, we get a straight tube. So, when making a ball, we start with rounds where we increase the number of stitches each round, then just crochet one stitch in each stitch for a few rounds and then start decreasing to make it curve back in. I hope it makes sense.
@@kristitullus hi!! Thank you for your time! Actually forgot to update but i understood it as doing your tutorial! I completed yours to make my kitty a cat plush and also made her a blanket fot her carrier bagpack. Also made myself a blueberry cow amigurumi plush! Thank you so much for your tutorials that made me learn so much!
It's about 24 cm (9 1/2") when crocheted with DK / light worsted weight yarn and a 2,50 mm crochet hook and about 28 cm (11") when crocheted with worsted weight yarn and a 3,00 mm crochet hook.
I am just exporting it now, hopefully I'll get it uploaded tomorrow. Sorry about the delay, my computer broke and it took a while for the parts to get here.

If you don’t have embroider material could you use a thin yarn and a yarn needle to make the face?
That would work!
Thank you 🙏🌹

How long of this cat? Is it about 30cm?
It's about 24 cm (9 1/2") when crocheted with DK / light worsted weight yarn and a 2,50 mm crochet hook and about 28 cm (11") when crocheted with worsted weight yarn and a 3,00 mm crochet hook.
