I’ve heard so much bad about Zephyrhills from schools, drugs, traffic, homeless, amount of registered sex offenders, etc. Is there enough good about this town to counter the potential negative dark cloud this town holds?
I haven't had a buyer build a home with them, although I have visited their models. They built a community in San Antonio, FL around the corner from my home and the homes are attractive, seem well built and I just love the fact that they name the floorplans by the square footage of living area -- makes it easy to remember! They are building currently in Dade City. The community name is Abbey Glen. Sorry, not much help, but if you have other questions i am happy to help☀
