The group cruise was so much fun! And I'm so glad we met! Hope to see you again soon! And yeah I wasn't feeling the Italian Restaurant but to be fair I'm not the biggest fan of Italian. But we had a time at Bonsai Teppanyaki with a few cousins after the cocktail party 🥳🥳🥳
Oh nice! I should have pulled up a chair and joined yall at the teppanyaki. I’ll be back on Venezia later in the year and planning on trying it then. It was so nice to meet and serve with you on the welcoming committee the first day. Definitely helped make that wait more fun.

I remember after seeing your reaction to getting your shirt in the Facebook group, I was even more hyped to receive my shirt... I think mine arrived a day or two after yours! The boarding day tees definitely added a great touch and had us giving and receiving lots of “hey cousins” in the terminal and onboard! Definitely temperature shifts onboard. Girl, you make me wanna sail solo in Terrazza. Awww… love that you beautiful melanin sisters enjoyed Il Viaggio together! Seeee… AJ tried to tell y’all he didn’t like that parmesan chicken pizza not he inaugural!

or watch from a distance in a comfy shaded seat. The food was from Il Viaggo the new Italian restaurant. I didn't make it to the steak house on this sailing. I’m so happy to have a new travel bonnet (and it fit my head perfectly 😂). Thanks for watching! Looking forward to sailing with y'all again.🤎

Did it get colder around the ship once it was sailing heard in port it seems to be the hottest, can you confirm that?
No. Some of the exterior areas like serenity would cool down with the breeze when the ship started moving. Unfortunately I heard rooms on higher floors were running warm. Like someone on deck 9 told me their room was not maintaining appropriate temps.
How long is train trip from DC/MD area? Also approximately how much is the Acaela train ticket. Finally how soon did you purchase your train ticket. I'm leaving out this October.
Thanks for the question. About 3 hours and 20 min on regular Amtrack and 2 hours and 40 min on Acela. It's best to buy early (like now if you are going in October). My ticket to NYC was $62 and then I paid maybe $40 more to switch over to Acela.

Wtf can you clarify where it’s hot on the ship?
Hard to explain all the heat pockets but let's say you are on deck 5 area with all the indoor activities it would start cold in the aft then then get warm near the atrium then cold again. Maybe they need to install blowers near doors. My room stayed nice and cold on the interior of deck 5 aft. I heard cabins on lower decks stayed cooler. Seemed like cabins on higher decks had a chance of running warm from talking to folks.
