The I think the trees and plants looks absolutely perfect. It really adds to the natural cozy look. Daisy is so precious. You're the only reason my island has a natural area.
Your speed builds have helped me so much with my island, I started with a sunken waterfall and then quickly realised how much I hated my island, you gave me the boost I needed to tear it all down and redo, thankyou so much for the inspiration lex! Honestly don’t know what I’d do without your videos now 🥰
The spot between the entrance and the incline seems like a good place for the phone booth, I think the dark brown would add a nice depth of color and it’s a taller furniture piece so I think it would work 😁 also in the future I would love to see some of the planning process for your builds

omg so I made a cute little witch stand for my store area !! ❤️ I used that fortune telling set, some cat grass on a log stool and a candle. The purple in the telling set isn’t exactly my style but I couldn’t pass the opportunity up 😩

I love your videos and design style! It has elements of cottage core but is definitely something new and different! Also, you probably already know this, but if you plant (or replant) 150 weeds on your island on the same day, your weeds will never grow past the beginning stage and new weeds will never appear on your island. You can plant more than 150 of course, but you need 150 for the weeds not to grow or reproduce/spread. Hope this helps!

this is sooo well done! I did mine similar but with a looot less space lol I made nook's cliff so small in hindsight.. so I like that yours has a lot of space between the shops. I like the look of the corner you weren't feeling like it was complete or full enough. In the context of where it is, it doesn't need anything else since you put the holly bush there. I use the mush parasol a lot on my island so I prob would've slapped it on there lol but that might not be a as cohesive for your island lol

Omg i love the style for your island sooo much, you are my big inspiration for mine! But i always get so discouraged when booting up my animal crossing because i feel like my island isn't good >o< and i get overwhelmed with all that isn't done! do you have any advice?
don't look at it as unfinished, but as a blank canvas. not unfinished, just there if you want to do something. Lost Falls is at least half empty right now, but I just focus on whatever my next speed build is gonna be instead of looking at the whole island like "oof." Pick a building or a promising empty space and just test decor and terraforming until you're happy--instead of telling yourself you have so much left to do, think of it as only limited opportunities left to decorate. Makes it more fun for me haha. I know it'll turn out well :)

This is my secondary island...my main island is Lórien, which is on a switch lite, and I have a TON of bells there that I just drop on Lost Falls whenever I need them 😂
I love your build, but other speed builds I've watched were just a little slower and I could follow along better. Still a great video and your island is awesome!
My next build will be a real-time beach decorating build, so maybe I'll eventually strike balance with my speed 😂 Thanks for watching, and for your feedback

You could put a garden wagon in the place you feel is empty or as usual a barrel !

Nah, I don't plan anything. Occasionally I'll draw concepts for an area if I have a specific idea, but overall I don't bother!
