If you are stuck for a video idea, you can go to a grocery store & buy all the different ready mixed cookie dough to bake cookies (in the dairy section) then you can bake them in the AirB&B. You can get cookie sheets cheap at a local dollar store if the place you are staying doesn't have one. It only takes 9-12 min depending on the oven to bake. Just put two cookies of each flavor/type on the sheet to bake and try them out. That should save some time rather than try to bake the whole batch of each cookie.
Baby water is for mixing powdered baby formula. The water is distilled to remove any contaminants. It is NOT necessary but some prefer it. Distilled water is good to use in coffee machines to prevent clogging. Sweet tea is a staple in the Southern United States!
If you come to NY State again... you need to go to the largest Walmart. It is in Albany, and is 260,000 square feet (24,155 sq meters). A visit to one of the largest supermarkets in the US is also needed. Wegmans in Dewitt. The ones in Philly are big... but Dewitt near Syracuse is the largest Wegmans at over 150,000 square feet with an amazing food court (recommend the burgers and subs) and prepared foods. The huge liquor store in the building next door is also part of the family... and has plenty of Prosecco for you. :)
DeWitt? I've been to the one in Ithaca, didn't even know there was one in DeWitt as well. (Though, on second consideration... of course there is, I've just never been grocery shopping in Syracuse... or, should I say the Greater Syracuse Metropolitan Area?) Also, they should definitely visit CNY, some time. See how the US is outside the bigger cities.
I've seen a couple walk out with a full grocery cart of groceries in Walmart Canandaigua, NY. We don't have plastic bags in NY. We have to use reusable bags. Bags we keep and retake to stores. My brother ate tomatoes like apples. My he RIP.

Florida is derived from northern culture and a broad variety of immigrant cultures. It is common for residents from New York and other harsh winter states choose to live in Florida during the winter to avoid harsh winter.
The only part of Florida that is Southern (not by geography but by culture) is the panhandle. The rest of Florida was overtaken by retired New Yorkers over the years. 😌
Many areas of central Florida, outside of Orlando metro area, are very Southern and country. Volusia and Polk counties, Winter Haven, St Cloud, most of Kissimmee (except my area which has a large influx of Puerto Ricans after Irma and Maria,) Northern Clermont to Groveland, and so many other cities and small towns in between have a more old Florida heritage feel. ❤️🌴
We do have cds but no one uses them anymore cause of phones with Spotify and Sirius XM but records are collectable and have a pure sound according to some.

I preferred TESCO's by Wennington Village as it was closer for me to drive too. Darn those round-abouts!! But to take us along showing us the items and prices of certain food stuff. Ever since I discovered this channel I've thought that Lia was quite lovely. She's really cute in that one video where she's wearing a banana costume. However seeing her with the Notorious B.I.G. t-shirt on while singing lyrics has made me appreciate her on a whole new level. I wish they made more like her.
Joel, the basket/handcart you picked up is for 3-4 small items, i.e. too many for your hands and arms but not enough for a large shopping cart. The ones that tend to get stolen are the large shopping carts that Lia was pushing around. You said that you don't wear "brand" tee shirts, but you were wearing a "brand" = 'Adidas' tee shirt that fits you very nicely. :) Re: the door mats. Yes, Lia you are reading too much "Florida" into it. No, that is not an orange segment but rather a flower/petal design. All the ones you were looking at are for outdoors or a mud room in the UK. The black one with the Welcome and design in raised black fibers is to help scrape off mud and any other debris from your shoes outside. The aisle that Lia came down with the large shopping cart had the large indoor rugs/carpets, somewhere along there or on one side or the other, you would find the smaller area rugs for the inside of the door which was also directly behind Joel as y'all first start discussing the doormats. Lia, we do not strip down to try on clothes in any store in the open public area. You seek a sales associate and ask to be let into the dressing room to try on whatever clothes your are interested in. You were there after dark, so good luck finding a sales associate to do this. Since you were buying an oversized tee shirt, all you had to do was take off your jacket and try it on over your clothes. Yes I also wear jacket into Walmart, even the grocery store even when it is 99+ degrees outside because they have the A/C cranked way down. Florida's cuisine is focused on the seafood, fish, amphibians, and fowl, though they do raise some pigs and cows in Florida. It is 40+ years since I have lived in Florida so I don't remember if they have BBQ as part of their cuisine.
Never put on clothing in any store in any New England state without paying for it first, if any employee sees you doing that ,you will be asked to take it off, as it is techincally stealing it .
Trying to leave is the usual "trip" for attempted theft, but covering it up could also do so. How would I out it....? "Removing from the premises" can be literally leaving the store, but it can also be like "putting it in your premises"... so, eating something or putting it in your pocket or covering it with other clothes could work.
@@davidhunt6508 Try iy on yes, but not walk around in it all the time, the part where Lia said she got mean comments in their first Walmart video, she put a jacket on and sprayed about a 1/2 bottle of perfume on it and put it back on the shelf and never bought it, some people are highly allergic to perfume and there is no way to get the smell of perfume out of that jacket .

it's a jug that lives in your fridge!
Sweet tea in the South, including Florida, is made with 1 cup of sugar to a gallon of tea (made with 9-10 tea bags).
You can find "bags" of milk at a Kwik Star or Kwik Trip. They are usually found in Wisconsin and Iowa.
Blue Bell ice cream is the best! I live about 30 minutes from where it’s made here in Texas. Cookie two step is my favorite next to homemade vanilla. (H‑E‑B makes their own brand which is very nice, too). You SHOuld buy a pint and try sometime, it will be a tastebud pleasure.
You guys ARE AWESOME! Love your videos thier The BEST!!!!
🙌💯
or the biggest gas station in the world Buc-ees located about 5 minutes from my family business in
New Braunfels, Texas.
wegmans is LIFE!!!!
DeWitt?
I've been to the one in Ithaca, didn't even know there was one in DeWitt as well.
(Though, on second consideration... of course there is, I've just never been grocery shopping in Syracuse... or, should I say the Greater Syracuse Metropolitan Area?)
Also, they should definitely visit CNY, some time. See how the US is outside the bigger cities.
@@rhoetusochten4211 Upstate NY in the summer or fall would be amazing.
I've seen a couple walk out with a full grocery cart of groceries in Walmart Canandaigua, NY.
We don't have plastic bags in NY. We have to use reusable bags. Bags we keep and retake to stores.
My brother ate tomatoes like apples. My he RIP.
Joel - Tesco's have had security tags on shopping baskets for years. Where do you shop - Harrods !!!!! lol
You guys are hysterical! There’s no way you could do this with anybody else. They aren’t fast enough.
You two are so funny!! 😂🤣
Just me or is Joel even better looking in this vid? The tight tshirt is quite becoming lol. I make my own iced tea everyday but I don't use a ton of sugar, Yuck! Some of the southern brew sweet tea doesn't quench your thirst at all. It does the opposite. Love the new welcome mat!
No amount of sweet tea can quench the unquenchable thirst you have for joel...
Like that Lia said “the state of Florida … could it get any worse!”
6:24 - Not many Americans still have record-players. I'd say that far-&-away most music in America is still purchased on CD's.
I actually have the “Floridian” mat y’all were referring to. Haha it’s on my back porch and I live in Texas.
You guys are hilarious! 😂😂😂 Also regarding Walmart sponsoring you guys... they might have not but I saw an Walmart advert right at the beginning of the video so they did inadvertently! LOL... Loved the video.
Florida is derived from northern culture and a broad variety of immigrant cultures. It is common for residents from New York and other harsh winter states choose to live in Florida during the winter to avoid harsh winter.
Baby water is for making formula. I also bought some cute stuff for my unborn child many years ago. He’s 2 now
The only part of Florida that is Southern (not by geography but by culture) is the panhandle.
Also Jacksonville - the capital of South Georgia.
We have security tags on our baskets in the UK too! check next time you shop xx
Eggplants start as egg-shaped white aubergines before they elongate and turn purple. I eat raw tomatoes (and the occasional potato) as well.
I’m moving back to Canada ( from England ) I love and miss Walmart.
We do have cds but no one uses them anymore cause of phones with Spotify and Sirius XM but records are collectable and have a pure sound according to some.
When I lived in Florida (2007-2014) I found that there were two seasons. Cold outside and cold inside. 🤣
My friend who lived in Florida said, "You don't need any sweaters." Lies, lol
That sweet tea is so good!! Most pre bottled sweet teas are disgusting but Milos is my favorite!
Just watched your radio show from this morning. Prilliant and I've always said it
How can we watch ?
In Florida, once you go pass i4 you’re not in the south. BBQ isn’t a thing. The further you head south in Florida the more north you are….
"Chucked out," you two are too funny! 😂
I love that Lia loves The Notorious B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls. Love learning new things about the both of you
So fun to go back and catch up on some videos I haven’t seen! You always make me laugh and that’s exactly why I adore this channel!💜
Eggplant is called that because there is a stage in its growth where it does indeed look like an egg.
To explain the bbq thing..... Florida and Mississippi and Louisiana are south but also Coastal so we lean more to seafood less to the BBQs.
Eggplant is a small white egg shaped ball before it turns purple. Love watching you both. Can't wait to see what you do next!!
Eggplants come in different varieties and colors: round, long, purple, green, white, lavender, orange, and striped. The round white variety look like eggs.
Y'all should go up to Milton Keynes to the ASDA ( Wal-Mart ) there. It's the biggest ASDA in the U.K.....
And show people what shopping there is like. 😊
When married to a Brit, we lived in London ( Rainham Essex ) and shopped at the ASDA off the A13 in Dagenham.
I preferred TESCO's by Wennington Village as it was closer for me to drive too.
Darn those round-abouts!!
But to take us along showing us the items and prices of certain food stuff. From clothing to clotted cream. 😊
I think it may make for a neat video.
I have to admit, I miss the traditional English Breakfast... With my Earl Grey tea in the little metal teapot....PG Tips tea at home.
I miss *SO MUCH* about the UK...
But not the EX hubby! 🤣🤣
Milo's is actually about the best pre made sweet tea...
Yes, we have Spotify and others too. In 2021, there were 45 million paid Spotify subscribers and 38 million paid Apple Music subscribers in the US. Pandora is still alive with almost 7 million paid subscribers.
Don't make fun of our Sweet Tea.
Us southerners like our Sweet Tea.
Not all do.
Well..I guess if you want a quintessential American experience you can't beat Walmart..LOL!
Yes, our Lia is gorgeous !!
Agreed! Lia is absolutely adorable!
The shirt YES!🤣😁🥰
I can totally eat a tomato like an apple Lia! Love the mats Joel!
Never grab a shopping basket at Walmart. Get a shopping cart because you’re always going to buy extra things you never knew you needed.
LOL I remember when ice cream was only sold in gallon cartons (or larger). If you wanted less you bought an ice cream bar.
If you guys ever come to Montana. Go to Missoula and check out rockin Rudy’s. Tons of weird things, and records too!!
Never put on clothing in any store in any New England state without paying for it first, if any employee sees you doing that ,you will be asked to take it off, as it is techincally stealing it .
How is it stealing if you don't leave the store? Are you not allowed to first try it on?
@@davidhunt6508 Yeah... I guess dressing rooms aren't around?
Maybe they need to relax a little
Trying to leave is the usual "trip" for attempted theft, but covering it up could also do so.
