Anyone have suggestions on mustang rattling? Got a 2021 mustang that makes way to much sound from the dash and that little plastic part behind the steering wheel in front of the gauge screen.
If it’s a 2021 model you should be under fords 3 year bumper to bumper warranty. I would go to the dealer and ask one of the service advisors to ride with you. Show them the noise and see if they can get a body shop to check the dash fitment. I already had my dealer adjust some panel gaps in the front bumper and I was given a new decklid since the original one was marred and scratched.
@@user-rs2zx3mc7k thank you I appreciate the reply. I’m getting it checked on the 29th at my dealership. Not only does it rattle but it has this high pitched squeak when I go over bumpy roads, totally ruins the ride. It comes from behind the dash or passenger door panel. I really hope they find.
I learned on my mt82 and it’s held up through all kinds of shit I put it through while I was younger, I’d get a 10 speed in regards to boosting or anything like that though
I have a 2018 GT 6 speed with about 26K miles on it now. Other than some weird noises at certain RPMs I've had no issues. It's putting out about 500 HP with a Corsa Extreme 3" exhaust and 93 octane race tune and I get on it regularly. No issues going into any gear. It's not perfect but it's not as bad as people say either. I'm going to install a short throw shifter in it eventually. As for the trans itself it's decent for street driving, pulls, and occasional racing. If you plan on boosting it to insane HP and racing it regularly I would upgrade to a Tremec. But for regular spirited driving it's fine.
He doesn’t have Long tubes tho or it would be louder than this but Atleast he’s richer than me I’m a broke 4.6 Gt owner ugh and my 06 5 Speed Auto GT auto is trash 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
It’s just the way how the 10SPD transmission is designed. The jerkiness isn’t as bad as you may think. Basically you just have to learn & search for the gears and know when to Shift/Downshift and eventually your car will get adjusted & start to break in. That’s when the jerkiness slowly goes away and you’ll be riding smoothly. Even with my 2014 Infiniti Q60s, it’s a 7SPD Auto & it had a bit of jerkiness to it until i learned the car a bit. Now it shifts/drives super smooth

how is the wind buffeting with the windows open? can you drive with them fully open?
You can drive with them fully open, i do all the time unless im doing over 120km/h

How’s the mt82 doing, want manual but hear bad things so I might end up going 10spd
If you’re into manuals take the MT82, just make sure you have warranty. The 10 speed is sick with a tune and hasn’t given me any issues.
