D! I don't know if there's a video about lack of breathing, but if is not yet, i'll love to see reasons like in this one. Thanks, we warriors love u too ♥️🤗
The Anxiety Guy Dennis, just found your channel, thank you for the great insight and info. Can anxiety/panic caused dizziness be persistent just about 24/7? That’s what I’m dealing with and have been for about 2.5 months, I’ve had all kinds of medical tests done and they were all normal. It just seems crazy I still feel a dizzy/off balance feeling from anxiety when I’m not even in a “trigger” type of situation or environment.
I feel like my head feels tight and there pressure in my head when it gets severe I feel like I can’t do anything and I’m going to faint but thank god I never do
I’m coming back to this . Dizziness is back I’m so confused and scared . Thinking the worst . I’ve never fainted and I do a night time mediation so things balance out sometimes. By bed time I’m wiped out. My whole body is tense and I don’t realise until bedtime. I wish I had the answer to the dizziness. It comes with headaches ( got ct scan as terrible headaches last year ) not sure if I am dealing with long covid or anxiety . It’s scary and a lonely time 🙁
Dennis, I get a sort of “wave” like/dizzy feeling out of the blue. It’s almost like someone pushed me from the side On my head. Happened today while on a long walk in hot weather. So scary.
Wow, lots of good information in this one Thanks. My worst symptom is chest pain/tightness. When I do get dizzy it is usually accompanied by weak knees and heavy feet so I will definitely be giving some of these strategies a try.
Feeling so dizzy lately. I either get it when I'm lacking sun aka vitamin D or have anxiety. I think in this case it's a combination of both. I never considered my breathing as a cause but now I'll correct it, and see how I go!
Great video thank you so much! Problem is, that I don't seem to have that snapshot... When trying to think about stuff it gets all chaotic in my head. I feel dizzyness almost all the time
@@TheAnxietyGuy1 thank you so much for your reply! I do that daily, most of the days at least. So I will continue doing so. Thank you again for all the videos! . I felt really hopeless but now after watching a few today I have a bit of hope back, things could get better and that's all I need right now :)
Excellent information, Dennis, thank you. How can one "fix" an exhausted/over-exerted nervous system? Is it just a matter of time and consistensy with resting and changing mindset?
Karen Somethingorother The original cause, traumatic childhood events must be reframed (check out my trauma videos please), along with allocating as much time as possible to escaping the outside world and experiencing a theta brainwave state for longer periods during meditation. Also, vital to learn how to respond to intrusive thoughts and feelings.
I have had a weird fear of swallowing lately and feel a weird sensation after I swallow my doctor said there is nothing wrong with me is this a symptom of anxiety
Bushcraft the Rock14 same here I experienced it for like 2 years!!! My doctor prescribed an anxiety pill and I feel better and better! I even spit my food before coz it’s weird to swallow!
My dizziness shows up In The Now like when I go to store , or anything with lots of people. I've been that way for a while now I've learned how to deal with it through breathing techniques taught by a therapist. but it does not always work... What do we need to do for this please let me know😊
I get dizziness and then some vertigo if I only have 1 meal in a day. Is this normal? I suffer from panic attacks and health anxiety. Lately I have nearly passed out a few times when I haven’t eaten a lot. I always have something. My normal blood sugar in 95
Dear A.G. Did you ever hear of stinging like tingling on steroids inside the top of your head and a frozen numb feeling in the head? For YEARS. Please, ANYONE?!
I have noticed that when I feel dizzy, to do a scan of my head, am I clenching my jaw and tightening scalp muscles? I start by dropping my jaw and relaxing muscles. It helps sometimes.
I don't understand step 2. How do you go into the moment BEFORE the issue? I don't even have one particular issue. It's a build up of years and years of things.
hey dennis.. why doesnt the symtpom or feeling come back once u undestand what it is? or if it does its not scary anymore? cus it has. been planted to ur subconcious??? whats th story
computerfastrepair When we can show the subconscious that the past events that caused this sensitivity are no longer traumatic, but neutral and safe experiences the subconscious has no need to hold onto these traumatic lessons anymore. This is strictly going off the idea that your symptoms are a result of past experiences though. Also as you mentioned sometimes when clarity is built a new perspective over the symptoms are built and we see them as natural in the scheme of things, and work with them, understand them, to the point where we no longer judge them as catastrophic. Freedom.
I have a question. I've dealt with dizziness for what seems like years now, but I've also dealt with that feeling like I'm "high" , is that part of the same thing?
Beverly Couchman Yes, what other choice do you have? What’s been common up to now and the perceptions you hold are weighing you down and preventing you from being who you truly want to be. It’s time.

Hello and Thank You! Do You have more videos about the fourth reason, because that’s “me”. So overwhelmer.
And stressed organs.
🙏🏼
Great info. Thanks Dennis for adding in the nutrition aspect. Blessings.
3R don’t run you have to stick it out and build on the experience but better experiences if you flee you let the fear win
Me 2 i don know if iys mdds, pppd or anxiety

Best thing to do then is to meditate consistently, it's like pouring out the toxicity prior to being able to put in the good stuff.

That girl at the beginning sounds waaaaaay to happy
Hey Denis I'm so worried about my dizziness, actually I feel like unbalanced when I walk.
Don’t be, the less you worry the quicker it will pass as it is a protective response to future overwhelm.

Start with just one of them, no matter how small and practice with that, and then start trying with the more difficult moments/memories.

Julie Bee Could be yes.
it is
My dizziness feels the same way; like a vaguely 'high' feeling in addition to feeling like I'm slanted in the room sometimes.
Even if the experience was severe physical and sexual abuse in childhood?
