We had immature corn, with rubbery cobs, plants full of leaves and super wet. What a nightmare to combine with S680...the only nice thing is that the S680 finally has enough air to blow the kernel out the back. Our setting were 440 cyl, 18 concave, 10 chaffer and wide open sieve underneath. Air down to 1150...and just keep pressing the calibration button until the lines go away...

The problem with this grain loss monitor is that you are mixing data from your rotor side (walkers) and data from your Shoe.
The sensor for the rotor does not identify grain loss out of the machine.
It just tells you , that you are getting unthreashed grain coming out at the back of the rotor grates.
Therefore you need to close up your concaves. (Not necessarily slow down.
Its been a flawed system since the year 2000.
The monitor is only accurate for walker machines
