Commendable ang interior design unlike flashy, intimidating luxury materials. Earth tones, minimal shiny materials, nice choices sa furniture. Nice sky lights. Very homey unlike ultra luxury properties na nakita dito sa youtube. However, plenty glaring design decisions from the architect/architecture, parang for show long ang bahay, little practicality or issues will appear once people starts living here. sa garage pa lang, ang dami wala! windows for view of the cars from the inside, cabinets, service door and service pathway. walang dirty kitchen. walang laundry area. master bedroom layout is terrible, nasobrahan din yata sa glass.

There are equally beautiful houses that I’ve seen on videos and they made the staff quarters look so nice that it doesn’t look like it’s for employees. With this kind of house and design, I would think they would thought of ALL the rooms to be accommodating.
I am not impressed. For a 9 br "villa" type house or building they should have allocated for more parking for obvious reasons. Yung cabinet looks cheaply made parang particle board yung ginamit at hindi real wood. I have seen similar buildings and layout na mas simple pero mas mukhang elegante. Pero sa pinas ok na yan, babanatan lang ng mga akyat bahay gang yan. Tapos you will end up magpalagay ng mga rehas sa mga bintana and barb wire. 0 to 10 rating, 10 being the best score I would give it 6. Don't get upset that is just my opinion. Good luck!

Probably it is both the narrator and the camera. Host is saying that this is the toilet and bath but the camera angle is just at the outside…. Like, WTF, I’m not interested with the narrator. I want to see what it looks like in the inside. If she is selling herself, she is doing a bad job as well. She is not positioning herself at a very good angle. So in both counts, she failed. Yeah, there are times where they are panning it inside, but it is too fast. Also, in the kitchen, she said, there are cabinets and drawers.
