One of my dream houses. Since I'm not really artistic, the interiors look fine to me. I'm also not a fan of having a foyer and auxiliary kitchen. I like that the living space on the ground level is close to the dining area, with no unnecessary empty spaces. I'm just wondering about the half basketball court. I don't know the standard size, but it looks huge-almost as big as the full courts I've seen in some subdivisions.
Princess is beautiful, and I love how she tours the house. Her English is also easy for me to understand.

Nice house. But if I want to entertain in the main room - like watch sporting events on TV while eating and chatting with guests, there's no way to set it up that way. Can't put a TV anywhere in the main living area. These new "HUGE" houses in the Philippines are like that nowadays.
Also, the way to the media room is so narrow and un inviting.
