Your are amazing and I appreciate your input and opinions. Thank you for helping educate so many of us that don't have at much experience as you in legal matters.
Ill be honest, I miss seeing Ben and Camilles faces every day since the trial has been over 😆🤷♀️ I love their energy and honesty and I would be lucky to have someone like them represent me in the future!
Both Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez are not just brilliant lawyers, but they are also the nicest people I've ever seen in the corporate world. They are actually KIND! And very wise, very circumspect, and very supportive of each other and the other team members. To actually be fortunate enough to work in such a respectful environment must be a joy. I wasn't as fortunate in my job situations so I am grateful that such people do exist. In spite of their success, their heads haven't grown too big and their egos are very well balanced.
Ben & Camille are not only absolutely amazing attorneys, but they are both so humble & gracious as well! It’s very inspiring! Larry, I’d love to see you in action as well. You are very sharp & intelligent…& you articulate things SO well! ❤️👏🏻👏🏻🖤
My favorite part is Ben giving us the context of why he got so emotional in closing. Such a wonderful man, Johnny was blessed to have this team fighting for him.
Why not start a channel sharing things you have learned? If you find that you can handle the social media scrutiny then u know u can go on further. Life is short! Dont hold out because of fear..you will be denying others of your gift!
Great commentary Larry Camille Is such a charming lady, you can tell Ben really knows his job too. It’s nice when you can see lawyers not just fighting the case but believing and caring for their client 💕
About Camille cross examining AH, the fact of her being a woman daning to question AH would automatically put AH on the defensive. I can imagine her thinking … “ The gall of THAT woman questioning her!” I loved it!
I loved how you mentioned the closing arguments. AH’s team seemed so rambling & spiteful. Not informative from her team. Left me angry. Whereas his team brought me to tears
What an amazing segment! Gosh, Ben and Camille are truly amazing! Highly intelligent, crackerjack lawyers with integrity and human attributes, and morals that makes them a dynamic team!
My favorite legal team! it was really nice seeing them during the trial. to see what was their approach of the case, how they interacted with Johnny and with each other. They're humble yet professional. They've done a really good job representing Johnny is this very difficult for him case 👏👏👏
Thanks Camille you and Ben saved DJ through a difficult time of his life. You were professional all through the trial and Camille the way you handled AH was amazing, you kick ass! You two rock and may you have a wonderful career from here on out. 😘
Ben made a great point. Johnny has had a acting career longer than his accuser has been alive. It’s not a revelation, sure, but it’s something that is sidelined sometimes since a lot of people know his career from Pirates
What style and class of people a very big thank you to all . Outstanding work put out to the world .I will never forget yous all . My children was in to Johnny depp and I had not a clue who he was like .I think I was living under a rock but I got it when this case was shown . My heart went out for Johnny and his family .
When you paused the video to talk about the difference in closing arguments, Ben Chew’s face!! He’s like “stop pausing me and let me talk”!!! Lol!! (It’s 6mins 20secs) xx
The closing statements for me were like you said day and night...Ben and camilles closing was heart felt, they all cared and believed in johnny they had a connection, it had truth and passion ....and the other side was just cold and rough there was no connection to their client
I've seen some who didn't like the fact that they had notes, but I appreciated that because can you imagine how much they would have missed if they didn't have notes?! It was beautifully done imo and I didn't mind the notes a bit.
I loved that too, and the time ended up in their benefit at the end of the day. 39 min vs 6 min! They had to do that because they had more facts and more story to tell...
Thank you Larry for sharing this amazing podcast of Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez. Even though I have already seen this, it was awesome to hear them a second time!
I love how you resonated with certain points and was like, yes, yes, 100%! You clearly need to sit down at a bar with them both and have the conversation :)
Oh wow! I watched that beautiful story. So very interesting. What a great love story. Great job Ben! Thank you DUI guy for the education you give us on the legal system. So interesting.
Ben’s humility really shows in his response. Even in questions that gave him the chance to talk about himself, he still finds ways to use that to uplift people around him
You did a fantastic job narrating this interview last night. You added helpful explanations and charming comments. I enjoyed it greatly. Giving credit where credit's due. I hope you do more of these.
You’re right JDs lawyers came in wanting the true story of Johnny to be known. They didn’t want to come in using big words; fancy lawyer language but simple language that the jury and others would understand.
WOW that was so interesting! Your takes on what they mean and what they were saying is SOO informative! I always wanted to go to law school then go into Entertainment Law or work in Entertainment I regret EVERYDAY not going into Law and taking the Entertainment route.
I'm so pleased that women are looking upto her as a positive role model. She's a firecracker and so pleased she got go showcase her skills. This is the kind of lady we need as a role model not these pumped up plastic barbies. She's clever, beautiful, charismatic, very dynamic and got a good head above her shoulders. Ben is looking super cute ! We love Ben and I miss his gestures and mannerisms. He's such a cool smart guy. Rottenborn and Elaine's finishing statement was so mismatch, it just didn't flow the way that Ben and Camiles did. I am so pleased we as the public could follow the trial. I watched from day 1 and it was amazing ! I learnt so much as I was entertained. They're was a build up that became massive as the trial went further on and I started following you and others. Johnny had a great team that was solid. Thanks for sharing Larry !
This is my third time watching this interview. Thanks for doing this. Would you consider doing a reaction video to the Lil Wayne video that you suggested we watch? Maybe you could do several of those? Adverse witnesses....best of??
I grew up in a similar situation. My dad and his brother grew up in a home without electricity. He became a doctor and my uncle became a dentist. Following this Japanese emphasis on education first my brothers and sisters became a school dean, doctors, dentist, veterinarian, and a fire Capt. Our children are expected to be focused on education and to be successful but also having close family bonds and that goal of education. So impressed with Camille and her sister as the next generation of professionals who came from less than opportunistic beginnings. Continue to be an inspiration for young Latinos both male and females. It’s your family legacy and the American dream. ❤️❤️🏴☠️🏴☠️🏴☠️
Larry, your dog looks a bit similar to my wee dog. I appreciate you sharing your pooch with us. Name, et. al....? What did you learn from the opposing team?.....what not to do! Thanks for this.
14:40 the question was directed to anyone and he asked : Did you pivot your strategy due to the social media involvement in this case? I took that as a strategic strategy analysis question. I firmly believe they didn't know how big it was until about half way through when she went to a coffee shop. They knew cameras were in there but they didn't know how popular this case became outside of the courtroom on all social media platforms.
Also... the media presence and numbers of fans dramatically increased around Day 6 of the trial and continued to increase each day. Videos show when Camille would arrive and fans were cheering her on & holding signs for an entire city block. That's when she may have realized "This is huge"
My first video viewing from DUI Guy! This just popped up. I hadn't seen this before. great commentary on this interview and amazing interview! before this I wasn't really interested in seeing this whole interview but I just thought since it popped up I might as well and it was great! started listening to Emily during the trial and I've listened to others other things since. You're all really great in your own ways!
Hi The DUI guy, subscriber here from New Zealand 🇳🇿 Thank you so much for all you do, I'm binge watching your videos and am enjoying every second of it. I'm also here for your Obama puns also.
Wow! Cher, the Lovings and Civil rights prevail with this team! Awesome! Take away from this interview is there is hope that truth will come out on top. Thanks Dui guy and guests for this channel.
I really enjoyed seeing this interview with your comments. You helped explain things in a way that made sense to me and helped me understand what Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez were saying. Thanks. I'm not a lawyer -- but I'm a professional "word person" (16 years teaching high school English, 14 years as a senior editor for English textbooks, 4 years as a grant writer and "dissertation doctor" for those whose Ph.D. research was done, but whose committees had not approved their written dissertations and needed help to get their dissertations whipped into shape.) In that context, I found that I could relate to several things about the legal profession that were mentioned in the interview and your comments. For example, I understood what Ben Chew meant when he was talking about how clients usually get frustrated during the discovery phase, because it seems like nothing is happening except for hourly legal charges piling up. Editors -- especially freelance editors -- often have the same kind of problem. Once an editor has put in the hard work of shaping up the client's ideas and putting it into clear and well-composed written text (or, sometimes, taking the client's written text and fixing its problems so that it's clear and effective), the client often reacts with a disdainful "Well, I could have done that" and gets testy about paying the bill. That's also a prime example of where the editor has to remember the "value of the unexpressed thought," because the editor can't escalate the argument and respond with the obvious, "Yeah? But you didn't do that, did you? You hired me to do it, and I did it well enough so that now that you look at what I did with your writing, it looks right to you. That's the point." I certainly can see how lawyers would get the same kind of resentment or hassle from clients who didn't like paying the bill for professional services, like from lawyers, when it's clear that they couldn't do this themselves and needed the help of professionals. Thanks again, Larry. You did a good job of adding value to this discussion!
This case will be referred to for many years to come. History in the making. Unlike the OJ case which felt dirty & underhanded, dishonest. We had the OJ case which was televised & the public chose sides so to state social media would have played a role is no different than the OJ case being televised in my opinion. Story telling made massive difference in the Depp case.
DUI Guy+ looks the best ever in this video - the lighting is much better and his skin and hair are not 'greyed out' as in his other videos. He looks great in his Twitter photos: if only all his videos could get the lighting right like those.
I think Camille’s “it gets easier” was about at some point knowing the craft, there’s a groove that you can settle into, etc. It doesn’t really get “easy”, you just know more and have adjusted to it. When it does get “easy”, outside of Camille’s interpretation, is probably when the person needs to stop. Also, google says IDR is Indonesian currency
I think it would be safe to say ah has Never had Anyone speak to her like Camille did and she was very much taken aback by it. This really is the dream team!
Love your commentary & sound advice! Looking forward to the Masterton trial tweets! Btw it’s a travesty you weren’t verified😡 Lorenzo suits you better- adds even more punch & mystique 👍🏻
This was so wholesome, enlightening, educational, enjoyable, motivating...so many good things. I love that I feel like I know more information and have more insight after listening to all of you speak. I'm an investigator and an advocate by nature with a strong visceral reaction to what I perceive to be injustice and sometimes even unfairness, but I always talk myself out of taking the steps I need to take to put my natural skills and passions toward a rewarding career. I review legal documentation in the form of drug manufacturing records, so I know I'm at a great jumping off point to pursue further legal education. I went from literal, black-and-white interpretations of regulations, to finding the gray areas. I am familiar with interpreting regulations and determining if I can justify that a process is following said regulations, and I want to learn more about more complicated areas of law. I watch trials, follow a lot of True Crime. Like, I'm probably under investigation by some part of the government at this point with the dark things I research about cases. Everything is pointing out to me that I need to feed my curiosity and put action behind my desire to help, to lead a more meaningful life. But I'm too scared to put myself in more student debt to potentially burn myself out while working full time and go back through the stress of academia. Maybe if I follow you and all the other amazing lawyers for long enough, I'll feel informed enough to take the leap. My brain and my existence are practically starving for more information, more perspective, more understanding, all the time. Thank you so much for what you do.
You certainly seem very invested in uncovering the truth. Investigations take time energy and support, in order to achieve justice for those who have been maligned, and to put the wrongdoers away. Be careful with those "dark areas" please. And the best of luck to you! 🤗
Your are amazing and I appreciate your input and opinions. Thank you for helping educate so many of us that don't have at much experience as you in legal matters.
I agree.
That's my thought too ! So thank you !
oh my, camille has stolen my heart and im an old heartless guy, may amber get what she deserves, yeah ben good bloke to
l
He actually was on his own Throne We tuned in to hear. The guest Not DUI
Ill be honest, I miss seeing Ben and Camilles faces every day since the trial has been over 😆🤷♀️ I love their energy and honesty and I would be lucky to have someone like them represent me in the future!
Omg Me too, when the trial ended I was so sad.
@@toyafefe1 Good example of how people, especially women, get off on drama, and care more about apprearances than logic or reason
Hey!!!! ….Me too!!!! 😅😅💜💜

I agree, this interview warmed my heart. Johnny was so blessed to get an amazing team like this.
My favorite part is Ben giving us the context of why he got so emotional in closing. Such a wonderful man, Johnny was blessed to have this team fighting for him.
Absolutely, he deserved this win! They are not only great attorneys but humble and caring.
Why not start a channel sharing things you have learned? If you find that you can handle the social media scrutiny then u know u can go on further. Life is short! Dont hold out because of fear..you will be denying others of your gift!
This was fantastic! Great job! This was the best interview of Johnnys team. It felt more real than all the media interview coverage combined.
I agree
Camille is truly blessed, the real deal! She is beautiful inside and out. No wonder Johnny Depp bonded so closely with his legal team.
Great commentary Larry Camille Is such a charming lady, you can tell Ben really knows his job too. It’s nice when you can see lawyers not just fighting the case but believing and caring for their client 💕
Great job, enjoyed your laughs and more smiling! Yes, those two are real pros and so sweet. Keep smiling Mr DUI!
About Camille cross examining AH, the fact of her being a woman daning to question AH would automatically put AH on the defensive. I can imagine her thinking … “ The gall of THAT woman questioning her!” I loved it!
She probably thought it was going to be one of the men - therefore, try to manipulate them
I loved how you mentioned the closing arguments. AH’s team seemed so rambling & spiteful. Not informative from her team. Left me angry. Whereas his team brought me to tears
What a wonderful interview with Ben and Camille.
Thank You.

Ben is so so likable he has a huge advantage off the bat
Love this interview and your commentary

Watching their performance in the court was like watching a well tuned orchestra. Everyone knew their role and played it perfectly.
"Did you learn anything from opposing counsel?" Silence ... "Or in another case?" Ben immediately proceeds to talk about another case. The shade! 🤣
Thank you Larry for sharing this amazing podcast of Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez. Even though I have already seen this, it was awesome to hear them a second time!
Amazing, amazing interview!! Thank you for this. Love your channel, love your comments and input on every topic. My full respect for you DUI Guy.

Beautiful story?
Talk about inspiring many to become lawyers
JD knows how to pick his attorneys 😘❣💙 Love this video, thank u DUI GUY 🥰❣💙 BEST 👌
Thank you so much for all you do, Larry! I really enjoy listening to you speak on these issues, especially on this subject. From South Africa
Ben’s humility really shows in his response. Even in questions that gave him the chance to talk about himself, he still finds ways to use that to uplift people around him
Each time I see an interview, I am greatly impressed by the entire team under Ben Chew and the firm they represent.
Why are Ben and Camille sooooo wholesome 🧸 but also freaking sharks 🦈 ❤️❤️❤️
You did a fantastic job narrating this interview last night. You added helpful explanations and charming comments. I enjoyed it greatly. Giving credit where credit's due. I hope you do more of these.
This was an excellent interview! Thank you for airing it and offering your perspective as well.
I love you so much too Larry. Your take on the whole Johnny trial was so much fun and exciting. You exposed the truth with class and humor.
You’re right JDs lawyers came in wanting the true story of Johnny to be known. They didn’t want to come in using big words; fancy lawyer language but simple language that the jury and others would understand.
I saw the whole things, best interview.
I love Ben Chew's personality!! He is so funny. I admired Camille. ❤️
They're awesome!!🤍🤍
WOW that was so interesting! Your takes on what they mean and what they were saying is SOO informative! I always wanted to go to law school then go into Entertainment Law or work in Entertainment I regret EVERYDAY not going into Law and taking the Entertainment route.
Awesome interview. Professional and down to earth. Such a successful pair of alpacas and the real deal!
Morgan dog walked Elaine 🤣 the highlight of the trial for me.
Larry's looking happy now he has some nifty facial hair!🙂🙌
Loved this interview! Thank you for doing this video ❤️
I'm so pleased that women are looking upto her as a positive role model. She's a firecracker and so pleased she got go showcase her skills. This was brilliant. Your content is always engaging and informative.
Very enjoyable Larry!! Nice to see something well done and fun instead of ridiculous loud untruths.
mr chew looks so much younger now case is done! both look great!
Camille is not just a role model for young women. I’m 43 and she is a role model to me 🙌🏻
This is my third time watching this interview. Thanks for doing this. Would you consider doing a reaction video to the Lil Wayne video that you suggested we watch? Maybe you could do several of those? Adverse witnesses....best of??
That's actually not a bad idea
I second that x
This was awesome 👏🏻 thank you for sharing and love your commentary
Your shows are not only informative but also intelligent, thank you!
Ben has the best grammar, it is such a pleasure listening to him speak.
Your lil furry friend is sooooooooo adorable oh my gosh!! So sweet. Looks so kick back and relaxed with his daddy! 🥰💗😊
Great Interview. Thank you!
lol… Dr. Speigal. He reminded me of back to the future professor.
Morgan Tremaine really made the trial go in JDs favour. He was awesome 😁
She’s a brilliant woman Inspiring for all woman in the world I just love her.

Remember the lawyer that came in trying to prevent the TMZ guy, Morgan from talking. This guy put me to sleep with his fancy lawyer words.
Larry, your dog looks a bit similar to my wee dog. I appreciate you sharing your pooch with us. Name, et. al....?
What did you learn from the opposing team?.....what not to do!
Thanks for this.
M madly happy seeing Camille and Ben 😍
I love the way you do this DUIGuy I’ve surfed other yt lawyers and enjoy your clarity. Hope you get all your sub’s back
Wow! That was amazing, I'm a new subscriber and I'm glad I watched this with you! You, Camille and Ben were really inspiring.

Amazing and inspirational commentary, Larry! Always fun to watch your content. Wishing you a great September!
Hi The DUI guy, subscriber here from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Thank you so much for all you do, I'm binge watching your videos and am enjoying every second of it.
I'm also here for your Obama puns also.
I'm not sure Ben and Camille looked at social media themselves, but I feel like they had SOMEBODY on their team monitoring it.
Wow! Cher, the Lovings and Civil rights prevail with this team! Awesome! Take away from this interview is there is hope that truth will come out on top. Thanks Dui guy and guests for this channel.
Great video and thank you for sharing 😍😄
Camille is an absolute knockout 🥰🥰
“Thank you brain” 😄 Hands up who else talks to their brain like it’s a separate person entirely 🤚
Never felt more proud to be Cuban
Ben is such a self effacing good, even great hearted lawyer!
And Camille is fierce!
I really enjoyed this interview thanks
I really enjoyed seeing this interview with your comments. You helped explain things in a way that made sense to me and helped me understand what Ben Chew and Camille Vasquez were saying. Thanks. Yeah Camille and Ben were so passionate about wanting us to know the truth that it just convinced us that Johnny was telling the truth.
Ben & Camille have such integrity and passion for truth that they can't help but come off as drop dead sexy! They rawk! xoxox
This case will be referred to for many years to come. History in the making. Unlike the OJ case which felt dirty & underhanded, dishonest. Yaeeee you finally got your interview
DUI guy. You are now my favorite RUclipsr!
Eva Longoria should play Camille in a movie 😊
I agree! So many people says no, but if Camille says yes. Then Eva Longoria it is. 💕
Brilliant!
Only one word to say here. NICE.
ADORE your comments Larry keep it up
Ben Chew deserves his own cult-like following.
Thank you Larry!!!!!
