whenever i feel so uninspired to study and like whine abt school, i always picture a little child who badly wants to go to school but s/he cant. thats why i am so internally grateful to have the privilege of having to learn new things even if they drive me crazy. idk just a lil reflection i kinda channel when im burnt out

your talk about being burnt out really just spoke on what I'm feeling lately because I just don't know how to describe it except that it feels so suffocating because the routine's the same and I don't really have that much hobbies or friends to ask to hang out with to like spice up at least a day in a week in my life. I hope we get out of this rut as soon as possible! thank u for making me understand my feelings with ur talk it really means a lot:D

Uh might be an obvious thing but stop drinking caffeine during the day might help you to sleep earlier. It takes one night of sleeping at the right time to fix your body clock. Deprive yourself of coffee for the afternoon, feel exhausted at night to sleep early then wake up and take your coffee then. I also remember from science class that your body takes into account the light during the day and the absence of it at night which is why it’s more natural and good for the body to sleep earlier at night rather than 3am or onwards ( I don’t remember the specific details or names anymore) but Idk it might help with ur problems cause sleep deprivation can seriously affect your mood and the chemicals in the brain that can make one depressed, anxious, etc.

i felt that when u feel suffocated in a small space kasi i also live in a really small condo lang and havent been out since 2018 ng madaming beses, we dont do travels ganon, so basically i became a homebody nalang huhu nakakadagdag ng anxiety pa at ang bilis ma burn out.
yung programming also burned me out in college, back then i used to love doing covers & posting on my channel pero dahil sa college.. ayun lahat tinigilan ko nalang haha pero computer science is a worthy course, you'll get great jobs too and nakakainspire how you balance youtube, life and school tapos programming pa sobrang time consuming aralin, chambahan pa kung gagana yung code 🧡💜💚 ayun, im rooting for you! you'll be a great programmer too kasi tyaga mo aralin.

The moment I saw accounting, it's like *war flashback*...
Anyways, despite it's kinda sad to see people get so stressed out, it's kinda nice to know that I'm not the only one going through it. Since the start of this sem, my motivation is just constantly going up and down. I think one factor that adds up to this whole thing is the fact that I don't really like my course AT. ALL. So yeah, I can't pick up any reason to do and finish things.
But I guess this is adulthood in college. We have lots of exploring and enduring to do. Best of luck to everyone who's in the final leg of this sem
