I want to try these out as a wide footed person. I enjoy my RADs but the only downside is that they are a bit snug at times. I am curious to see how the CXT-2s stack up to both the Dropset 3s and RADs.
I ordered it in a size 11, as I fit in Reebok and Under Armor, but it was too small. I had to return it and order a full size bigger I had been wearing a reign 5 and this one feels slightly heavier and firmer, you have to adapt but it does dig you into the ground in a way like no other shoe.
i've noticed that on adidas's website, in details section, the dropset 2 has Traxion outsole (i believe it means full Traxion outsole) , but the dropset 3 has Adiwear 6 outsole with Traxion heel (so that means it only has Traxion at the heel). Do you feel any difference between those outsoles?
If it were me, I think I would take Dropset but it’s preference. x4 are lighter which I like, but they’re not as flexible, forgiving or wide as Dropset.
It’s close and kind of just depends what you want - x4 is a lot lighter and a little easier to move around in. Dropset is a little more stable and has a much wider fit. For me, I prefer x4 since I like a lighter shoe.
Depends what you like. They’re all top picks for me but I generally like lighter flexible shoes so I would do haze. If it was a lifting heavy day I would go Dropset.
I was so excited when I got these until I got blisters on the back of my heel. Wore the 2s the next day with no issue. I think it’s a bit too stiff. I hope it does loosen and soften up a bit because everything else is great ;(

Wide foot here too, drop set 3 TTS is comfortable

These or metcon 9s for just bodybuilding including barbell squats and hack squats?
I prefer these to squat in.

How's the sizing compared to Nano X4?
You might need to go with a half size down if you sized x4 up. If x4 is just the same size you get in everything, get that for Dropset3.

@@pikachu0324 depends on the nano but the safe bet is to go with the same size. If it’s an odd number, you might need to go up.
They seem great, but I tend to like lighter, more nimble shoes. Did they feel bulky?? Sometimes you don’t actually feel the weight.

Go half down if you have narrow feet. Go normal size if you don’t know or think you have wide feet.
No way I got mine . I got no wide foot . But this is snug fit . Need to go one size up .

I too needed one size up. Usually I go with UK 8, but for Dropset 3, I needed UK 9 for my toes to fit.

The sad part - Adidas is only selling this up to size 12 UK men's. What about us guys with big feet???
It shows as up to size 17 on their site, maybe they added some larger sizes recently?
