    Excellent work and video. Very smart with the tape idea to line up the off pin on new transformer

      Hi, can you discharge a crt on a commodore 1701 monitor the same way. Seen alot of videos and your way is very effective. Still nervous though. I understand if you don't want to get into this with me... can be dangerous if not done properly

    just a nitpick- the HV cable from the flyback actually goes to the final anode, not the cathode.
