Can I just say WOW! Creative, memorizing to watch and I was on the edge waiting for you to cut it open.... Spectacular. It has to taste delicious as well. (hint, hint)
I love your creativity and I love how making chocolates can let us having that much fun! It just reminds me of how I used to have a very good ideas making crafts when I was a teenager, then the time passed and I realized I didn’t have more time to do things I love to do, just because as an adult I have a job and a family to take care of. Starting doing chocolates now, after almost two years of studying about it, I can see that I can have fun and make money at the same time and it’s just amazing! Thank you for sharing your techniques and for showing your creativity whether it end up working or not. Love your videos!
Aww thank you for this comment. I am so happy you have found some joy again in creativity with chocolate! And you are so welcome, I have so much fun sharing with you guys and knowing that you enjoy my videos and appreciate the ideas and techniques. So happy you're here! : )
Your creativity and clear explanations are fantastic to watch. And the chocolate looks delicious and beautiful. And I have something to practice again. Greetings from Albertine from the Netherlands.
Ahh this video was so much fun 😊 I’ve never seen a Real Housewives series, but The Real Housewives of Cheshire is filmed not far from where I live. However, i’m a MASSIVE Love Is Blind fan - but the last season was a massive letdown 🤦♀️ Your chocolates, as always, are incredible 😍 I like that you used a lot of non-airbrush techniques for decorating too 😊 Those bars!!!!
Thank you so much! Oh haha yes Love Is Blind is so good, but the last season was for sure weird! I hear there is a season I think coming in February! 😃
Hi Brittnee! Loving the vids! Great info! May I ask? What temp do you recommend pouring chocolate into a mold that has cocoa butter? I don’t want to melt the cocoa butter and make it run. Thank youuuu
Thank you! With or without cocoa butter you need to use the chocolate's working temperature! Each will be slightly different but they're similar...so dark chocolate at 31-32ºC, milk chocolate 30-31ºC, and white chocolate 29-30ºC. Download my full temper charts you can print and look back on here if you'd like as well! :) brittneekay.com/recipes/chocolate-tempering-charts-to-print-bw/
Yes humidity and temperature are so important! Your room needs to be lower than 72 F to make things run smoothly! You may find this video helpful! Chocolate Molds | My Full Homemade Chocolate Process | PART 1 ruclips.net/video/45p8wg--0Cc/видео.html
@@BrittneeKay I can’t agree more. I ran into this problem tonight while trying to cap after pulling from refrigeration!! I’ll say it again…science and chocolate go hand in hand! So cool!
@@BrittneeKay sorry, type wrong, I meant "is there any reason to use 80psi?" Also I already asked but I would like to ask again, your nozzle size is 0.7mm? Thanks
@@caocaoqueretaro yes .7mm! Oh it iş important to use around 80 psi or else you may get a more splattered effect. Check out my video just all about airbrush and I test out different psi’s!
I've never watched it. Having been a real housewife for 44 years I'm not sure what I'd think. I watch alot of detective shows. I loved your colors and flavors sounded great..you must try some northern lights for me as I'm still working with mediocre colors, and I returned my airbrush. My husband's been disabled for 19 months and so were sort-of without spending money. I've got alot of chocolate cheap supplies though. I have to be creative
Yeah, it’s a classic reality tv show 😂 but for me it’s fun because these people are from here! Yes northern lights sound so fun! I will add it to my list! Yes, you can be super creative without expensive supplies! 😃
They are beautiful! 🤩 Do you know that you accidently chose a color theme from the transgender pride flag? 😉🏳⚧ It reminds me of one of my first designs - it was a gift for a trans family member. It wasn't gorgeous like yours are but the family member was very happy nevertheless 👍
Do you think the chocolate represent the theme well? RHOSLC fans...comment your opinions on this season!! 😄❄
Hola. No tiene sub titulos en español.
YES 😍😍😍
on the way! @@harryleyva8414
To use a stamp, I recommend a speedball roller to apply the cocoa butter to the stamp to give a more even coat rather than a paint brush.
A roller might be nice, I can give it a try!
Hi Brittnee, the chocolates are absolutely gorgeous.
Thanks so much!! 🫶🏻

I never thought to use a piping bag to fill the molds. Thank you for showing me that way.
Oh of course! I tend to be messy and the bag helps me reign it in! lol

Hello Kay thank u so much for the videos. Can i know the brand of white chocolate please❤❤❤
You're welcome! Yes, I use Callebaut
How do you temper the coloured cocoa butter before using? Do you have a video that explains this?
Yep! Check the links in the description or search my channel and you’ll find it!

Why is it important to cap your chocolate at room temp rather than directly capping after removing from refrigeration? Just curious! Thank you!
The chocolate will set up too quickly and be very hard to get a nice clean scrape! Also, it won’t adhere to the shells as well 🙂
