- The Best UBE LANGKA BIKO in the WORLD na masarap i partner sa KAPE! ANG SARAP GRABE
for this recipe we need in total 2 cans (400 ml each) coconut milk.
2 cups glutinous rice, wash
1 & 3/4 cup water
cook in low heat
1st Layer UBE BIKO measurement
1 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup white sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon ube essence
( or 1/3 cup halaya + food color)
half of cooked glutinous rice
2nd layer LANGKA BIKO measurement
1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cup sweetened (minatamis) langka, chopped
half of cooked rice
(NO SUGAR)
3rd layer COCONUT SAUCE measurement
left over coconut milk from can or
1 & 1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
broil in preheated for 30 to 40 minutes

I was gonna ask the same thing. Why not just use the real ube?
Pwede rin po ba magdagdag nang pure ube instead na ube essence lang po?
I never use essence talagang pure ube ang gamit ko yong between balat at laman ng ube kasi yon ang matingkad ang kulay
I do the same thing adding the real ube, ube halaya or ube powder plus 1 tsp ube flavoring.

Para hindi laborious pwede ba na coconut jam na lang ang gamitin na toppings? Sa mahal din kasi ng niyog at gas parang naka tipid pa kapag coco jam ang ilagay na toppings. Mas mapa iksi pa siguro ang time ng pag bake

Nilagay ko sa oven at 200 degrees after 30mins hala lang nangyari 😮 I reviewed yung video and when I HEARD 200degreesCELSIUS 😮 here in Seattle WA we have FAHRENHEIT biglang tanggal sa oven at increase to 400degrees Fahrenheit OhhhMaiMai
