Great video! This is helpful, and I love all the training videos you guys post. I got a quick question. You are using the skateable tiles in this video. Do the dryland tiles work the same? I was planning on getting HockeyShot's Dryland Tiles so I was just wondering.
Hello Kevin! I have a question for you. My daughter is almost 13 and will play 14U, but so far her team isn't having any ice. How should she train if the off-season is over and there are no games to deload from? Thanks!
Hi Anna, If your daughter isn't on the ice, I would still consider her in the off-season and would have her resume her off-season programming at a high-volume of training. However, if she is involved in 2-4hrs per week of practices/scrimmages then I would switch her over to the new in-season program and have her perform the extra conditioning session each week to make up for the lack in intense games. You can check it out here 💪 www.hockeytraining.com/programs
So you spent $100’s on tiles that are advertised to have pucks slide across like ice only to use a $15 green biscuit which on them when it would slide just as well on the wood floor underneath lol

U should use the dangle puck 2.0 it’s the same weight as a puck and slides just like on ice

definitely but i would say snap is the best
I didn't ask you I asked hockey training
There is no best shot. Every shot is situational and a good shooter always has multiple reliable options.
