Hi awesome videos I was taught to fly rc planes to the ground when flying half throttle trim plane to fly straight n level time to land reduce throttle a little so plane starts descending slowly flare before touchdown cut throttle. At full throttle plane will climb not a bad thing when learning also teaches you to hold a bit of down to fly level at full throttle hope this helps been flying rc 40 plus years
Yeah! Another plane survived keep it up. You will get there. Just keep trying. One hint on landing that kinda helped me . Cut your power early and fly the plane down if you get screwy you can always hit the gas and come round again. By cutting the power early you minimize the damage everything is happening a bit slower . Also don't forget to flair right as wheels come down you should try to get the gear down and then as you slow the tail wheel will make contact. Again keep it up 😁
In my experience, the smaller planes are significantly harder to land given how squirrely they are. Something that greatly improved my flying was the computer simulator. It’s honestly amazing how much it’s helped.
I love seeing the wing buffet when the wind gets swirly.. you got some nice footage this time, but too bad about the inconsiderate people blaring that awful music!😆
I know, thanks. I tried, and even youtube took some of it out for me. I could have used much more of the flight footage if not for that "music" 😂 Sharp eye on the wind effects. See that sideways landing? I've always thought it was cool to see jets coming in sideways because of wind.
Was in the market for a new rc car... and maybe now my new car will be a plane.
Looks like you're having a lot of fun.
So much fun 😁
Refreshing to see your journey and honest review of planes your flying! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you very much 👍🙏

Thanks! 🙂
I could never do planes you flew really well especially for this type of plane!
Thanks, it was very windy 😁

Yes, and the wind doesn't help either! I figure if I can nail landings with this smaller plane, the 980mm should be a breeze 🤔
Not the same plane but my friend had a very similar plane get stuck in a tree for an entire year until it some how fell down and it worked not issues😂
😂
This little one can use 3S battery to fly, you must try it....
I just might 🤔

@@bigbristv Yep.. very impressive to see the turboprops come in almost sideways and the plane snaps center when it touches down. Love it!
