3.7 voltage but it shows 4.2 in full charge and sorry for delay in reply
I have this same fan, I mistakenly dipped in inside water.
In speed 1 it works perfectly but when a I try to speed it up it automatically turns off

It is an ic problem you have to replace it or other wise you have to bi pass the ic and directly connected the motor to charging jack.

Touch the board with finger for heat it is because some semiconductor is short.
Ye toh mujhe v pata hai mere dost yah foult mein sabse pahle kya check kre.
You have to waste capacitor at same time use brosa smoke to two trouble shoot if you do not have radiation detector camera.
Kya isko direct AC line se use kar sakte hain..?
You can do it with DC adopter.
Sir ye solder paste konsa hai aur price kitne ki hai
It is normal solder paste the cheap one cost 150rs if you do micro soldering than you have to use good quality paste kindly press the button if you have any helpful information.

Cause moment I disconnect from usb and reconnect ive to press physical button on the usb fan to turn it on.

You can not change the board don't waste your time on repairing just buy new one. good bye.
Mera fan off hi nahi ho raha... Sab function chal raha hai but off nahi hota... Lights toh off ho jati hai... Kya issue hoga sir
ic ka fault hai replace it with other fan take it from old one they use same one.
