Have you keyboard issue like when you press any key something different open so,then please press enter key + all key of keyboard one by one at single single time may be at one short cut will definitely resolve your issue

For anyone wondering about the troubleshooting for the keyboard
Go to settings
Go down to bluetooth and devices
Scroll down till you see more devices and printer settings
Your keyboard should be listed there
Right click the keyboard
There should be an option to troubleshoot there

the first one where you go to the troubleshoot it doesn't showed me the keyboard one just Bluetooth ,Camera, Program compatibility troubleshooter ,Video playback and Windows media player

2.ACCECABILITY
3.KEYBOARD.
4.EVEN IF OFF TURN ON FILTER KEYS THEN TURN BACK OFF
after this my keys started working

Keyboard section not available on other troubleshooting

(As of 11-14-23) 2021 Dell laptop w/ Windows 11 messed up on the left side of keyboard... tried this method then failed. Tried it again 2x time (even diff methods from other channels) and failed again. Then next morning, decided to use laptop and it was still messed up... however after 1 hour of using it, it suddenly fixed itself (weird lol).
