*TOO FAST?* Control the video's playback speed by speeding up or slowing down the video 5% at a time on desktop computers and laptops OR 25% at a time on smartphone!
*Access the playback speed controls as follows:*
*Desktop Computers and Laptops:* open the video, then go to the *lower right of the video's screen* and click on the *settings* icon (it looks like a GEAR). On the upper right of the options window that comes up, you will see the link "custom". Click on the "custom" link to control the video's playback speed by speeding up or slowing down the video 5% at a time.
*Smartphones:* open the video and go to the *upper right of the video's screen.* You will see *3 dots.* Click on them and you will see the link to open the "playback speed" controls. Click on this link and you will be able to control the video's playback speed by speeding up or slowing down the video 25% at a time. Note that viewing the video on desktop computer/laptops gives you greater control over the playback speed (5% vs 25% on smartphones).

Yes, it is in fact too fast (but more real-life). Thanks for the tip about the speed, it had always been there but I never saw the "custom" link (and cool sunglasses., with a qipao they would be terrific)
I just keep replaying every sentence until I get what's what. After the tenth time it usually sounds quite clear :)

I have a question about the part in 13:56 I was asking about "dào" from my teacher as in some vocabulary I had seen it before. In the vocabulary it was described little bit like the english word "to". Still, in a lot of sentences I haven't seen "dào". For example, "Wǒ xiǎng qù zhōngguó". She explained it was mostly used when you are arriving somewhere. For example, "Wǒ dàojiāle." Yet, in this context "dào" is used before arriving?
Hi Tero! 到 dao is also a resultative verb ending. In 13:56, I said, we go cross the road, and "get" to the other side.
In this case, "dao" indicates the result from the action of crossing the road.

It would be far better if you could add more choices of subtitle in various languages. I believe more people out there who do not speak English will benefit from your video.
