You filled it above the max. It isn't that high just because you're in it. Mine is filled to the max line. I'm a big guy....280lb, and the water barely goes a quarter inch above the line when I'm in it. Other than that....great review! Very informative and thorough!
I kinda thought I had filled it too much. Since this video the filter pump has had to be replaced 3 times and finally the last one leaks everywhere so they are saying I need new pipes and fittings from the inside of the tub. too much money to replace so we went back to a Softub

Mine didn't come with the bladder cover either, only the other one that covers the entire tub. Did you figure out why?
Same here no bladder cover.... just the big thick one
That new style cover is due to new laws regarding energy efficiency.
