The Examen Prayer

This video guides you through the Examen prayer, a Christian practice that has spiritually nurtured people for hundreds of years. There are five reflection questions with a couple minutes of silence in between. If you find yourself getting distracted, you may find it helpful to journal as you go through this prayer.
