Sorry but not worth it. I’ve been going there for decades even stayed in that community a few times. This house is well overpriced. Not to mention you can get a brand new home in that community right now with ocean views on the roof of house for about half that price.. these type of videos will hurt your Chanel and trust with your viewers. I understand that you don’t price them, but this is not a good look. You should also tell the sellers to be more realistic. For 700 K I would simply buy a beautiful home in Florida and live in the states and not deal with being treated like a gringo everywhere I go I’m just saying🤷🏾
