The security is the Casa Linda security team. It’s a mallet community so currently one guard at the gate and one inside. This will increase as the condos are complete and more villas completed.

Each villa has a cistern and water is pumped into the cisterns and then the villas water pump, pumps into the house. Water is $39 per month. Casa linda HOA fees are $385. There is back up generator.
