Hi Joanne. How old are these condoles?
The buildings are about 30 years old. It was originally a resort that has been converted into condos.
Wow, great place, love the views and the size of the space… any room for negotiations on price??? Is there an elevator???
It’s really bright and HUGE! It was just listed but there may be some wiggle room. No elevators 3rd floor.
Nice! Is it a walk up, and if so how many floors up?

Hi Luc - the HOA on this one is $600 but it includes Internet and electricity.
Look OK. Why They install the sink there ? Can we move the sink . just for that no thank's
