Why do pastors teach that we are living by grace and not the law???? When Matthew 5:17-18 clearly says he didn't come to abolish the law, he came to fulfill it....
Sin gets its power from the law. There were 613 Mosaic laws in addition to the 10 commandments. Before Christ came, the only way into heaven was to keep all the law perfectly; you didn't get to choose which ones you wanted to keep... You had to keep them all. The old testament was all about the law. Adam caused a separation from God so if you broke a Mosaic law, there was no one to ask for forgiveness. No one could keep all of the law so no one was worthy of entering the gates of heaven. So the law wasn't given to fix us but to show us what is wrong with us. When Adam sinned, it caused a spiritual death, and man did not know of the spiritual nature lost to us. Christ, the second Adam, came to fix what the first Adam broke. In 1 Corinthians 56, the sting of death is sin (for the wages of sin is death). Romans 6:14-15 states that sin will not have power over you; for you are not under law but under grace. But does this give you a free pass to sin? No God forbids. How are we under grace? In Colossians 2:14-15 Christ triumphs over the power of sin by nailing it to the cross. In fixing what Adam broke, Christ was sacrificed by the Father to reconnect us to Him. This is why Christ says that the only way to the Father is through Him. He defeat the power of death by coming back to life. Satan now has crushing limits to his power. The only way he can beat you is by deceiving you and making you think he is stronger than he really is. You have great power over the devil through salvation, faith, repentance, knowledge of scripture, and will gain wisdom as you grow.

I fear that the majority of people of this world are so blinded and caught up in lies posing as tradition that it is difficult to break free and understand the truth. Or even worse have no desire to know the truth nor TMH. For most of my life I have been a Christian and the thought that I could be or am a true Hebrew is staggering. I do not want to sound ignorant or naive but I wish to be able to contact you or even some in my area in reference to all of this. It does explain why my time as a Christian always seems so up and down as well as incomplete. The ruling class of this world control narrative, history and society. Shalawam. Chaazawam, I have a question. You mentioned the condition of the world, how man has not followed Yahawa. It's my understanding that the laws of The Most High were only given to His chosen people, we, the children of Israel. My question is, if the law was given only to us, the Israelites, how can our enemies and those that are in power be held accountable when the laws were only given to us, the Israelites? Am I in error to think that because the law was not given to them, those not of the 12 tribes, the oppressors, that they are not bound by Israelite law/ laws of Yahawa, they can live how they want not following the law.
I too would like an answer to your question. I think though, the Israelities, who know and abide by the law are also meant to teach the law to the rest of the world (possibly). In this case, whomever the Israelities may come in contact with who doesn't know about the law, would then be informed. If the newcomer is made aware of the law but now chooses to refuse to abide by it, then that newcomer should leave the Israelities alone because they cannot coincide with the path that they walk. The problem is, many outsiders who come into contact with the children of Israel, are informed about their way of life, but instead of respecting and leaving them alone if they don't agree with them, bring their evil and way of life to be enforced onto them and cause chaos and confusion. Sadly, these actions cause many Israelities to abandon the law and now live by the lawless ways of their oppressors.

Chaazawam, I have a question. You mentioned the condition of the world, how man has not followed Yahawa. It's my understanding that the laws of The Most High were only given to His chosen people, we, the children of Israel. My question is, if the law was given only to us, the Israelites, how can our enemies and those that are in power be held accountable when the laws were only given to us, the Israelites? Am I in error to think that because the law was not given to them, those not of the 12 tribes, the oppressors, that they are not bound by Israelite law/ laws of Yahawa, they can live how they want not following the law.
I too would like an answer to your question. I think though, the Israelities, who know and abide by the law are also meant to teach the law to the rest of the world (possibly). In this case, whomever the Israelities may come in contact with who doesn't know about the law, would then be informed. If the newcomer is made aware of the law but now chooses to refuse to abide by it, then that newcomer should leave the Israelities alone because they cannot coincide with the path that they walk. The problem is, many outsiders who come into contact with the children of Israel, are informed about their way of life, but instead of respecting and leaving them alone if they don't agree with them, bring their evil and way of life to be enforced onto them and cause chaos and confusion. Sadly, these actions cause many Israelities to abandon the law and now live by the lawless ways of their oppressors.
