@@greghughey9738 dude,, I have a video on my personal channel which you as an AMG owner HAVE TO WATCH!!!! I had an 03 E55 which I had some total moron or a mechanic install a new harmonic balancer onto (balancer/pulley also drives the supercharger. Dum shit didn’t know how to use a torque wrench. Had my phone recording audio when I confronted him about it in his shop. I was pretty mild mannered in the recording as I was just compiling evidence for court (his screw up, and even bigger screw up when attempting to repair a chewed out key way on the crankshaft actually took out the entire engine). ruclips.net/video/oszSQAfJ-6M/видео.htmlsi=RwO24fOM8zZGErEv
A nice pump, but no longer an option for me because unfortunately Putzmeister has been sold to the Chinese (2012) and now belongs to Sany. The same applies to the world-famous manufacturer Schwing/Stetter, which now belongs to the Chinese construction machinery manufacturer XCMG (2012). In the same year, the small family-owned manufacturer Waitzinger merged with Liebherr (2012), which in my view was the best decision for innovation in this market. I have been waiting a long time for a new PUMI (according to Liebherr, a new one is in development), a concrete pump with a mixer on a truck. Unfortunately, here in Germany we have problems with axle weights and approvals, while in the Netherlands or Switzerland and others the criteria have been changed.
Wait til you pump big fibers... youre gonna love that grate underneath the trap door. The sany 38m has it and u have to dig that out by hand until the hopper is empty
Yes sir, it has the 12 speed M-Drive. It's decent, probably based on my 2 decades of rowing through an 18, it still leaves some to be desired. I've noticed it doesn't like to downshift coming off the freeway, and it doesn't like to skip any gears. We'll see how it is after the trans learns how i like to drive...
@@greghughey9738 Wow!!!! Never thought I’d see the day. Honestly though, the way most “employees” actually drive a manual, they’re in the shop every 5-7 years for a full rebuild anyhow. We have one Allison in our fleet, and it’s been bulletproof. So nice for our stop ‘N go city traffic as well. Have to keep me posted with regards to that mDrive. Anything we buy new from now moving forward will be either Allison, or mDrive.
We're now a couple thousand miles in, just got the first service scheduled (250 hours) and the M-drive has figured me out. It's actually REALLY good...still like an 18 better tho lol
I enjoyed my 18 cell 47, but never thought it had the balls of my Schwing. If I could take the Putz boom and put it on a Schwing pump kit. That would be my wet dream.
Lol i would have to agree. The 65m i ran had big nuts, 2525-6, the boom was retarded slow tho. I'll keep the Putz lol the 3 tier swing-outs and the rz make it a no brainer for big pumps
Is that a new option to get the electronic buttons for the outrigger control!? That is something I’ve always hated about Putz is those damn levers. You sir have got a badass whip! Congrats brother!
I don't really have much to say, other than its brand new, and I'm in love with my new machine. 2023 63z, 18HLS, Ergo2, M-Drive 12 speed, selectable fuel source(outrigger/chassis/auto select)...all the bells and whistles. If you're looking for someone who is more along the lines of educational, i will ABSOLUTELY suggest Canadian Concrete Pumper. Scott has been doing a lot to help educate you youngsters, and has very high quality videos. I think you'll find him very easy to follow, and that he is happy to answer your questions. Best of luck, stay safe.
I earn the same as fellas that run line pump/20 class/30 class/40 class/50 class equipment. I get more hours than they do, and i stay working during the winter, but here, skills are not valued. Mediocrity is what pays. I unfortunately have too much pride to be mediocre. Big pumps used to bring big money for the operator.... not anymore.... Edit for spelling
Congrats man. The fit 'N finish on that thing is Mercedes Benz!!!
Lol coming from an AMG owner..Yes. It ABSOLUTELY is benz fit'n'finish lol

The water on the new 63z is fucken G as it gets..we'll see. If it's really that bad, Joe said he'd take it off for me

Did you by chance get the mDrive transmission in that one? I've heard decent things about them for big-boom applications.

Putz is no longer offering a clutch pedal btw....

push the engine brake button below the gear display, its a downshift program that cancels when you step on the accelerator again@@greghughey9738

Yeah, bro!!!
Have you converted over to Putz, or do you still like the Schwings?

That’s the pump kits we have, I think it would spank the 18cell. I wouldn’t mind trying Schwings new 50RZ

Feom what I understand, those are standard. The hand valves are just inside the dry box door, so you can do whayever you want
@@greghughey9738 that’s awesome I’ve always hated the hand valves for the outriggers for some reason.
Long way from the p-50
@lylewagner6095 yes sir. Happy to see you're still around pal. Ty for everything you did back then..
I didnt do anything you wouldnt have done. Glad your doing well bro@greghughey9738
Nothing you wouldn't have done. Glad you are doing well my friend.
It would be nice if we could here what ur saying not to be mean but it would be of some history and take some lessons from C.C. Pumping.
