Chicken Ingredients:
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Minced ginger and garlic - 1 tbsp
Minced chicken - 250g
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilli oil - 1 tbsp
Soup Ingredients:
Cooking oil - 1 tbsp
Chicken - 200g
Water - 2.5 liters
Onion - 1/2 piece
Carrot - 1 small size
Ginger - 3 slices
Celery stalk - 3 pieces
Garlic - 7 cloves
Spring onion stem - 4 pieces
Sichuan pepper - 10-12 pieces
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
