I feel like this game could potentially scratch the itch I’ve had to play something really similar to Omori, maybe not as dark but this game looks so up my alley.
A game that improves over 95% of timeloop games. A game that matches or even exceeds Omori's relistic character writing, a game that despite it's linearity exceeds Undertale's depth. A game that has more expression and knowledge of the player than even Ace Attorney/Ghost Trick. A game that has some of the most natural queer characters I ever saw. A game with better "kind world" worldbuilding than Safehold. Truly an indie masterpiece and only because of the small soundtrack does it not rank as more than my 4th favourite game of all time. 1:04 Edit: Forgot to say a distillation and straightforward presentation of themes greater than The Stanley Parable, and truly amazing art direction and portrait count. And portrayal of trauma. And better portrayals of [DATA LOST] than even the SCP Foundation
I was interested in this when I first saw it announced and looked more into it. I hesitated a bit because of the time loop idea, but everything else caught my eye and I thought that maybe I could overlook it. From what this review says, this is a game I would really enjoy with its story, premise, and the characters. The battle mechanics sound neat too. I think despite those small drawbacks, I'll be picking this up and giving it a good go down the line. Thanks for the review.
@@sen_i_guess I just usually find it hard to stay invested with time looping, especially if you have do things you’ve done before again or find items again. No shade at people who do enjoy the mechanic, it just doesn’t always agree with me.

I think you will really enjoy it 😁
I... also think you will really enjoy it. Smile.
Omori made me burst into tears at that point when everyone is gone and you play on the playground by yourself while Spaces In-between plays. Haha.
As someone who’s played it, similar to Omori? I think so, yea. Similar wheelhouses.
Not as dark? NOW THAT’S ARGUABLE.

Lmao I had to google if Sr. Pelo made that character "Odile", it's literally the Spooky month kid's mom.
hahahhaha same. She really looks like her, I'm glad I am not the only one who noticed lol
This game looks like the love child between Undertale and Omori and now I wanna play it because I adore both of those games in their own ways.
I think you'll enjoy it 😀
It's actually related to a billion other games, like Stanley or the SCP ones. I hope you adored it
I just finished this game and love it so much that I want a sequel I don't know how but I want to continue the story !!!
So good to hear!
The classic Ghost Trick Dilemma of wanting more but also being unable to replay
been curious about this one for a long time, glad it nailed the loop.
Me too 😀
thank you silentsigns for this review, i think im gonna buy this game now :)
Have fun!

Did time looping kill your grandma? What did it do to you?
