While visiting a tropical island, AiAi and the gang meet an adventurer named Palette who’s searching for the Legendary Banana. They agree to join her journey across wondrous worlds to collect special parts said to be the key to locating this prized relic. Along the way, they'll meet new friends and encounter mysterious rivals in a thrilling story told through fully developed cutscenes.
No matter if you’re new to Monkey Ball, or just looking to improve your technique, BANANA RUMBLE offers a variety of optional assist features to tackle any obstacle! These include:
· Rewind to a previous point of a stage and attempt a tricky area once more.
· Ghost Guide adds a transparent racer alongside the player, demonstrating the key methods needed to reach the goal.

omg is this the return of story cutscenes? super monkey ball 2's story holds a very special place in my heart and i was super disappointed with how the story was conveyed in the remake
The lack of main game couch co-op was such a big disappointment too. I am thrilled it is making a return.
List of characters
Aiai: the main hero he is nice and charming he's in a relationship with meemee.
Meemee: she is kind hearted and sweet she's in a relationship with aiai.
Baby: he is the son of aiai and meemee he came from the future.
Gongon: he is tough strong and fearless he's a best friend to aiai.
Palette: she is cute and has a heart of gold.
Yanyan: she's positive and cheerful.
Doctor: he is smart and scientist.
Dr bad boon: the main villain and the main enemy of aiai and friends. He's evil and a scientist. He's wants to destroy aiai and meemee's relationship and make meemee his bride. His hobby is antagonizing Aiai and friends and lusting/obsessing over meemee.
Ah yes. What every Monkey Ball fan gets these games for. The story.
I'm only being half sarcastic. I can't wait to see the exasperated lore videos that arise after this game.

@thesplatooanima8231 I digress. The thing with Balan Wonderworld is that it was not a good game. The aesthetics were mimicking both NiGHTS and Billy Hatcher, but the gameplay is far inferior compared to those other two. The gameplay could deliver perfectly well if done right, and the stories (as far as I'm concerned) have the potential to be something special. This is why I believe it's unfair to compare Balan Wonderworld to the other two, it just wasn't the same in many ways
