Two utterly unique music genres slamming together with the force of a bullet train. Absolutely incredible and beautiful. One of the best things to happen.
And the guy making the music for the newer mad max actually said it would be impossible without using special fx on the acoustic instruments..
The conductors face when the crowd cheer says everything. Probably didn't expect it to work so well.
I'm in tears here ... Such perfect renditions almost give shape to emotions. Music awakes parts of you that you identify it with. Masterpieces like this dig deep within you for the memories when you felt the most alive. For me, this reminded me of a concert back when I loved Above & Beyond. They had just launched their Group Therapy album and had a hand gesture associated with it. At some point I was in the middle of a few thousands of people, doing the hand gesture. One of the 3 lads saw me, pointed at me, returned the gesture and put his hands together to give me back some love. Not that I wasn't feeling euphoric already, but in that moment, my heart ached of happiness. For a short while, needles of exaltation were piercing my heart. This performance is the closest I felt to this! (even if this was not the first time hearing this performance).

It's hard to describe perfection is music but I believe this is one of the closest thing I've had the chance to hear.

Atlas was always full of emotion, and boy does it show when making the transition to symphonic arrangements. Getting an orchestra to do this (especially under the high BPM and changes to it throughout) must have been so difficult.
Seeing everyone raving to it as well was just awesome, and that piano at the end... Goosebumps indeed.
Most of the time theyd be working at half the bpm as its the same realistically

I think at the latest since this concert and the retirement of Noisia, Camo & Krooked became the best DNB act of our time and even reached legendary status in the electronic music scene forever

@@mcgrey_ that depends. But you can't deny that 20 years of Noisia has been interesting: Their way ahead of the game, they made crossover that no one has ever done before, tried out something new via cool sound design plus atmosphere. Gonna be hard to see them leave after '20.
