I wonder why didn't you fry gond before adding it to the mixture.... You didn't even cook dry fruits and gond after adding them!!! Frying dry fruits increases shelf life and also enhances taste.
Super good recipe..followed all instructions to the T..turned out pretty well, only that I had to add more ghee than the recipe instructed. Many thnx fr sharing such a delicious recipe..refreshed my childhood memories..same taste n plenty of love.

Why have you not fry the Gond before grinding it?
Bcuz when he put gond in the frying flour......the ghee consistency was more so it crackle and got fried 😊😊😊
